Loved the location. The apartment was cosy comfortable and well appointed.

This property is on a pretty street with a little canal running through it and artisanal shops. It is light and airy and feels spacious. It was very clean and beautifully furnished. I will definitely come back not just to Freiburg but also to this property or another one in the building.

There was nothing I didn’t like, but I did find it hard to work out which property I was in when I arrived. I hadn’t realised altstadt loft was the name of the apartment within the building and not just the description of the property on booking.com. Also, I would have loved the option to have some breakfast basics like bread, cheese, milk, tea and coffee on arrival and would have paid an optional extra for these.

The facilities were enough and in a good condition. There was actually everything we need, from the iron to the stove and the cooking utensils! Everything worked very well. The view (both at the front and at the back) was very impressive. It is surrounded by a quiet and serene neighbourhood. The contact with the property owner went well too.

Almost nothing. The loud noise from the neighbour room on the same floor could be disturbing (but we might just have a bad luck.)
