Nice continental breakfast. Pleasant check in experience.

It was clean

We choose this place due to it including breakfast, though is was limited to the dinning room behind reception between the hours of 7-9am, I didn’t find this suitable to our travel plans, was disappointing

Had trouble with toilet door wife was locked in for ten minutes but i managed to get door unlocked

This hotel is in a fabulous position and though a little tired it offers everything you could need. It is immaculately clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. We used the laundry facilities which made our life easier and the continental breakfast in the morning was very fresh offering everything you could need with the facilities for a hot breakfast if that takes your fancy. Excellent value for money and we understand that it will be updated in the near future. We will return

The included breakfast was good and the upgrade to a hot breakfast was well worth it. The rooms were large, the beds comfortable and parking was free. The staff were exceptional.

We had a early check out 5am , it was advertised that they could pack a breakfast for you to go with unfortunately this did not happen even though I tried to arrange the night before.

Breakfast was pretty good, options for cooked or continental.

The steep driveway and sloping car park, bit awkward finding a flattish area to park my motorbike.

The location was good, the bathroom clean and the main feature was the included breakfast with lots of fresh fruit. Also a safe carpark at the back of the motel.

The picture showed and stated a leather couch but it wasn't and the carpet was old and didn't look too clean. I understand they were gradually replacing the carpet but it was a bit of a let down for us.

- Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber und von der Größe her angemessen. Wir hatten eine Klimaanlage, die auch als Heizung benutzt werden konnte.

-Der Hotelchef war sehr neugierig und dominant. -Beim Frühstück durften wir, obwohl wir die einzigen Gäste waren, die Terrassentür nicht schließen, obwohl es 9 Grad Außentemperatur war früh morgens. Es war kalt im Frühstücksraum und er war strickt dagegen, dass wir die Tür schließen und sagte, wir sollen uns woanders hinsetzen, wenn uns kalt sei. Als Hotelchef tut man eigentlich alles dafür, dass seine Gäste sich wohlfühlen, hier sieht man das scheinbar nicht so! - Überwiegend alte Gäste. - Der Haartrockner war sehr alt und nicht sehr Leistungsstark. - Im Bad lief das Wasser sehr schlecht ab im Waschbecken.

I like the little separate room in my room. It's good for family traveling with children. They can get to sleep separately in the same room. Breakfast was good too. Room was clean and very spacious. Highly recommended!

The couch was so sunken it was not useable. The mattress was hard despite the claim of quality bedding. Decor was dated. internet was slow

Love every aspect of this hotel. The location was spot on, just far enough out of the CBD to not be disrupted by the hustle and bustle, but close to walk almost to anything to needed. Perfect location to great restaurants. Staff went above and beyond. Breakfast was great. Rooms very roomy and clean.

Couldn’t say there was anything I would complain about.

Check in and out was easy and fast. The room was warm overnight, only minimal street noise. Breakfast was one of the best I've had so far. Easy walking distance to restaurants in the evening and easy distance for the main center, shopping and coffee. Close drive to the hospital or the airport.

This accommodation is on a hill, like most in Launceston. Parking is off street and quite big for turning, but it is on a slope. you could always park on the street overnight if you cant get in and out of the car easily.
