Easy to get to by bus from Berchtesgaden. Homey place, comfortable and clean. Welcoming host. Very good value. I would stay here again.

Great breakfast and host

The owner is very friendly and hospitable. The room is cozy and clean. The included breakfast was so good, very generous and delicious. The location is good, with a nice connection to the Konigssee and main train/bus station by local bus. But the bus frequency is not high, there is only one bus passing the hotel every one or two hours. But it’s not far from the main station, just 30 minutes on foot, so you can also walk there enjoying the beautiful country view on the road.

The water pressure in the shower is not enough and the amount of water is relatively small on the second floor.

The room was perfect with great view of the valley and spacious bathroom & balcony. Also, the common seating area is always open and is really comfortable and to spend your time. Along with that, the best part of this accommodation is the owner Cristian and his warm welcomeness. He is a really humble & helpful guy and suggested me really good places during my stay there with being always there for you as a perfect host. Honestly, If I would've had the time, I would've stayer there much longer and next time I'm sure I'll stay in Pension Gregory :) If you wanna have a great time in Königsee, this is the place to stay :3

Literally everything. The owner is very friendly. Our room is not big, but we got everything we need in great condition. The view of our room is also great. The room and the bathroom are both spotless with no dust at all. Breakfast is also good.

The breakfast was good and the host was so friendly.

It was not clean at all. There are some bugs in our room and bed sheet. We also see some hair in the shower. The room was so small and the ceiling was short (it was attic). The room temperature was cold, but when I told the host, he brought us a radiator.

Perfectly organized reception. The beds were good, nice view over the mountains. The fridge with drinks available in a hall is a nice touch.

Porridge and scrumbled eggs as well as fresh juices could be a nice addition to breakfast buffet.

Christian was so welcoming and kind from the minute we checked in. The hotel felt more like a bed and breakfast. It was very clean, tidy and spacious. We stayed in a Mountain View room and really enjoyed our patio. The breakfast was fantastic! There was lots of nice choices of meat, cheese, fruit, in addition to orange juice, hard boiled egg, yogurt and coffee. Love the family feel of this hotel. Would definitely stay here again when we return in the future. Thanks, Christian for your hospitality and making us feel at home :) So neat to stay in a place built in 1875!
