- Old building so issues come like electricity gone while raining - Some issues in the toilet (water pressure unstable, toilet splashes water out.. etc)

The location to the beach was great. Only 2 mins walk. Also close to Bangla Road, roughly 8 mins walk.

The room was ok, but I really did not like the bathroom: 1. It's a wet room style bathroom across all their rooms, whereas I prefer bathrooms with a separate shower area. 2. I had to move rooms as the room I was initially in had a plumbing issue in the bathroom sink, so the whole bathroom smelled like the sewers. It took them 24 hours to move me to a new room. The room they moved me to, directly above, was much better, although if you lingered over the bathroom sink, you could still smell the sewer smell very slightly. The whole hotel smelled quite damp, and the walls across the building were very dirty and mildewed. I'd advise you to stay somewhere else.

Great hotel, cheap, 2 mins walk to the beach, about 10 to Bangla Road, only stayed 1 night, quick stop over, modern refurbished hotel, hottest water in my 6 weeks in Asia, great big comfy beds, reception staff friendly, great rooftop pool, very clean... Our first room had the basin in the bedroom. The beds are hard.

The pool was a bit dirty and that's why we didn't use it. Everything else was perfect.

Good quiet location in north Patong away from the sleazy southside of town. Super comfortable bed, pillows and linens. slept like a baby.

The pool was filthy ot didn't get cleaned my kids went I'm with a white swimming top it came pit orange and brown! The hotel itself seemed run down dirty and smelled of sewage

Cleanliness and how close this property is to Patong beach and Bangla road. Loads to massage places too nearby. Service was also good.

Could have increased the pool timing beyond 7PM. Still, not a big deal.
