The staff were amazing. Michele and Titi were incredibly friendly and helpful and always went out of their way to help you out and show you around. The breakfast was great and the room was incredibly clean and the beds are super comfy! The balcony was also huge with a great view! I couldn’t recommend the hotel more and I will definitely be coming back!

You would need a car/motorbike to get around. There's nothing in the immediate area so it's a good base to leave and come back to but there's nothing around walking distance. We were looking forward to the small terme pool in the hotel but were disappointed that the water temp was not warm enough for our preference.

The room had a beautiful balcony with sea view. Quiet place with facilities perfect for recovery and holidays. Pickup in the city centre several times a day. Serviceminded, friendly and smiling staff.

We wish we could have stayed longer! This stay is a gem, the staff is the best! The family-run business has the most welcoming staff, always ready to help in any situation. The rooms were super tidy and the Breakfast generous and really good. Even better was the dinner option where the kitchen made magic appear on our plates, flavourful, locally sourced with served on a terrace with a beautiful view. The staff at the dinner service was very attentive, mixed great cocktails and knew how to pair the right wine with the meals. An extra that comes it the hotel is the shuttle service they provide, so if you don't want to go on a scenic stroll down to the nearby town the hotel staff will take you there and if needed picks you up again.

Fantastic view, on the sea and lots of trees and greeneries. Small property with Super nice and friendly staff, family atmosphere. Always trying to accommodate for food or else even if we were sometimes out of the hotel schedule.

Cleaning staff starting too early in the morning in rooms next door, some days. Tile floor is great, yet more noisy during cleaning hours… Maybe good to reschedule cleaning if possible ☺️

Absolutely superb. The rooms were spotless and the service impeccable. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel had a family feel and everyone just wanted to help you have the best time during your stay. Fantastic!

We had an amazing four nights stay at Villa d’Orta. Not only was it an ideal calm location just minutes from the busier city, but the place it self was absolutely gorgeous. Best of all were however the staff who provided useful recommendations and reservation help. Would highly recommend to friends and family.

Michaele and the rest of the staff were very service minded. Always a smile, and they all did their best to give us a perfect stay. The food…mamma mia! All that good stuff from the garden! We will be back.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The best part is the staff. they are very kind and accommodating. the food is great value. i would recommend getting a scooter as it is a bit of a walk to the marina plaza, but there are shuttle busses provided by the hotel!

The views from the sea view rooms are spectacular. very nice pool area - the pool isn’t huge, but very relaxing.

Everything was great: the room comfortable, spacious and clean; the location so practical and charming with a great view; the food delicious; the staff so lovely, welcoming and so helpful.

beautiful rooms, clean and comfortable we had an amazing view over the sea on our little terrace. The pool was great and with lots of sun loungers and surrounded by lemon trees. We also had dinner at the hotel one night and the food was just delicious - ask what they have on the menu and go for it was all tasty and homemade! The staff was so friendly and accommodating so that really made a difference. The bus stop is just outside the hotel and they also have a shuttle bus to take you to the main piazza. Thank you Villa d’Orta for having us, we’ll come back when in Ischia again!

Location was great, walking distance to town. Front town you can easily get busses all over town. The view from the dining area, pool, and rooms were SPECTACULAR. Every room has a little terrace with a table and chairs.The staff was AMAZING. Michele and his sister are such beautiful people and so was the rest of the staff (can’t remember his name, but he was the nicest). People are always around to help whether to drive you into town or the port or make some food. My flight was delayed 6 hours so I arrived very later and they made me a little meat and cheese plate it was great. BREAKFAST omg - freshly baked pastries and cakes, fresh squeezed juices, eggs however you like, and cafe! The DINNERs were superb and this was completely unexpected! 5 course meals! Right there in the hotel! I am already planning my return!

Hotel D'Orta is a spectacular place to stay while in Ischia. I had an unbelievable stay. The views are out of this world, the hotel is spotless, and the hospitality is second to none. Also, the food here is the best I had while on the island. Do not skip dinner on the terrace! Michele, your host, will take care of you like family. No need to stay anywhere else, this is it!
