outstanding property and staff in all respects

we loved everything and highly recommend

the room was gorgeous. the beach was beautiful and the staff very attentive and friendly. Every staff member we came across asked if we were enjoying our trip and offered assistance if needed. The balcony was a great place for morning coffee and evening relaxing.

this is our second trip to GBC… The staff went above and beyond to make our stay fabulous I cannot say enough about the staff!! Shout out to Ramsey and Tiffany who were so accommodating! we were there celebrating my birthday and our 30th anniversary. We had a fabulous villa suite with perfect views. The crew at the estate pool and beach were outstanding! Anything we wanted from beach set up to lunch , drinks , water & ice ,extra chairs ,towels they were right there! Big shout out to Armado , Moses, Helen ,Pauline ,JImmy, Melissa , Natasha!!! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 Definitely make reservations at infinity , you will have the most incredible dinner and the view is spectacular… Shout out to Olga , she made my birthday dinner so special! it is centrally located to walk into town and a short taxi to other restaurants near GBC looking forward to our next trip , cannot come soon enough… Thanks GBC for the memories☀️

Beautiful resort! Best water I’ve ever seen. Very nice pool and beach with great service. Most upscale restaurant in the city is at the hotel!

Breakfast was the same each day, could have some variation in menu.

Just about everything. The food was great at the three restaurants the gym was nice the spa was great our room was wonderful. The rum punch they served while we were checking in with a nice touch. The concierge service was wonderful.

Amazing staff, beautiful room, beautiful accommodations.

Perfectly located close to the best of Grace Bay with the best restaurants out of the hotels on that side- Infiniti is 10/10 and the best chilled evening bar. The grill has great food for day time as does the Taco Bar. Hotel is clean, bright, amazing pools & service is 10/10 The views from the hotel are stunning!! The rooms are spacious and we were upgraded on arrival. Housekeeping is fast and truly amazing the room was spotless and organized every day. Austin/Fitz went above and beyond to get us all our reservations.

The gym machines are badly equipt a LOT of attachments missing from the machines. No rope cable, padded bars, ankle cuffs for the cable machine ((for example)) and what was there attachment was old and basic. It is a small niggle in an otherwise perfect stay!!!

The only thing good about this hotel was the staff. They try hard to make guests comfortable in a hotel that's long past its prime. They can only do so much because no matter what they offer it's still a dump.

There is no way this hotel should be listed on Leading Hotels of the World. It's an old, outdated, run-down property that's more in need of a tear down than a remodel. If there was another hotel available I would have left the moment we checked in...what a disappointment. Rooms actually smell like mold and rot. They switched us to a bigger room but what I got was a bigger room with the same bad odors.

Clean, beautiful, great beach and pools, wonderful food.

Lack of light and inexpensive snacks especially for lunch. After a nice, free breakfast spread it is tough to wait until dinner but not desirable to spend $100 for a big lunch. Also drinks were extremely expensive. We learned to buy our own wine and sodas at the local market. $6 for a Diet Coke and $16 for a 5 oz pour of Sauvignon Blanc.

Located right on Grace Bay Beach. Beautiful grounds and well kept. Lovely pool.

My room in the "Estate" building was BEAUTIFUL however I feel if I stayed again, I will book into the "Hotel Adults only" building as I didn't see the extra value of the Estates especially when travelling alone. The breakfast was very nice and a fantastic location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Tons of excellent food options and the a la cart option was very nice too.

The room service was adequate at best.... once it didn't arrive until 10 pm, It was ordered at 8:55pm and I was told it would arrive in 20 min however it didn't arrive until 10:04 pm and the fries were soggy and only half warm. Another time I ordered a margarita pizza via room service (high recommendation from staff) it took about 40 min to arrive. It was lukewarm and like cardboard. Very disappointing, especially for the inflated price I paid. I would not recommend room service at all.

Excellent property , beautiful environment and gardens .

Spacious room and gorgeous views. Staff is very attentive and friendly. Enjoyed the complimentary yoga class.
