Old World charm in quiet part of Quito’s La Floresta neighborhood. Walking distance to many restaurants. Helpful staff.

We didn’t have hot water the first night, but this was fixed by the next morning.

Beautiful hotel! Nice decor and great vibe. Love the location in La Floresta, so many restaurants and cafes nearby. Breakfast was simple but perfect. I think it’s a great value for the price and would definitely return to stay here again!

This place was awesome. The lady at the front desk was very kind, helped us get a taxi at 4am, and was all smiles.

Lovely old Colonial hotel with several inviting sitting areas for guests. Tasty breakfast including eggs cooked to order with various optional additions. Excellent location in the heart of the lively La Floresta neighborhood. Many great dining options nearby; for instance, there are at least three Japanese restaurants within a block of the hotel. When our three-day reservation stretched into nine days due to unexpected illness, the hotel management was very helpful and kind.

very good breakfast, with freshly made omelette with vegetables of choice for each person; way better than expected! clean bathroom with hot water, bathtub, bathrobes, soap and shampoo perfect localization: if you want to have a pleasant in Quito - La Floresta is the place to stay! a lot of nice cafes, restaurants around, very safe well-arranged common areas with fireplaces, comfortable sofas, everything you need working wifi

it was a little bit cold it was booking fault, not hotel's but you can be surprised by all the taxes added to your final price
