Hacía mucho ruido las maderas del suelo. La cocina demasiado pequeña para estar más de 1 persona.

For this price it was the best!!

It was was a very pleasant stay! Mario treated us like family so it became a home far away from home. The room was nice, clean, shared bathroom was also clean and equipped. We had a very nice view over the city from our room. You can use the shared kitchen - everything works. You can explore the historical center by foot and if you want to explore more - Mario helps out with information.

We loved the owners that are super nice.
Nothing to say, Mario were paying attention about us a lot.
The 2 rooms were not confortable.
We did not sleep well for 2 nights.
As it is the first thing that should be okay, here is not. I think with better bed it would change a lot!

I probably got the worst room in the property. Not only you could hear the sewage you could smell it too when upstairs were using the toilet. The smell was revolting. The room was cheap but it wasn’t worth it.

Beds super uncomfortable, as well as short. Also, we could hear every word of our neighbours, no privacy.

The location is good and one staff member in particular was very helpful with helping us plan our bus travel to Colombia
Room wasn’t very clean, bathroom tiny. The following morning the room absolutely stunk of faeces.
We were also woken in the middle of the night to a huge argument between a staff member and another guest, having a very loud row about the state of how unclean her room was

A very welcoming and clean place with a nice shared kitchen. Excellent location right near the Plaza Grande~ this is a fantastic value. I’m glad I stayed here.

In old town, close to everything, 5 min to la Ronda street, less than 10 to the main square.
Has a small kitchen and a half decent common room.
My airport pick up never showed. No daily housekeeping.

I love this place. It's very well located, and it has everything you need. The rooms are excellent, the bathrooms, the hot water, everything is clean and working well. Wifi is excellent. The bus station is very close by. You can visit all Quito very easily. It's in the heart of Centro Historico.
Many already wrote about the fact that the kitchen is super small. That's true, but it's also very well equipped, and there is space to socialize.

The price was unbeatable. It was nice to have a kitchen and a common area to eat at. The staff was friendly. They keep the front door locked for additional safety.
The mattress was pretty hard and there was no place to hang a jacket or towel in my room except for the wardrobe. The location is not my favorite as it's really far from the north part of the city. If you plan to stay in the historical center it's fine.

The terrace shown on the pictures was not in use leading to lack of space to socialize with other travellers. The rooms have open parts to the corridor so the privacy is limited.

Good location in the old town. Kitchen was small, but enough for us. Staff was super friendly! Have laundry service.
Quite loud. Can hear people talking from the room, the bed creaked quite a bit. But this was the only downside really, the place is good value in Quito!

Hot water, well equipped kitchen, friendly people
In my first room there was absolutely no wifi and not even sign on my phone. And no windows and a smelly bathroom. Also, it would be very noisy. I asked to move to another one and these were no longer a problem, but the water in the sink was very little and in the shower it would suddenly stop.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, they went out of their way to walk me to my cab down the street. This place is a great value and very clean.
WiFi doesn’t reach all the rooms but it is strong in the common areas. For the price this is a very very small complaint. I will stay here again in Quito.
