This is the 3rd time staying in Coral Gardens...the location is wonderful and gorgeous

The place is beautifully appointed and so close the gorgeous beach and water. Smaller property so easy to get around. Great bar/restaurant on site. Reef steps from shoreline! Coral Gardens does not disappoint!

Great view. Friendly and helpful staff. And, loved have restaurant with bar area for ability to get drinks for our beach sitting.

This is the absolute best spot to stay on Grace Bay Beach. It is right in front of the Coral Gardens for snorkeling. Other people have to commute to this great spot, but this condo is right in front! The Somewhere Cafe is next door and has the best drinks and great food. We all had several frozen drinks from this place each day we were there. Ate there twice and it was so nice and convenient to just hop up from your chair on the beach and grab a bite to eat. Like I said, snorkeling was top notch here. We saw a turtle, lots of colorful fish, and eel, and a reef shark. Calm waters and easy swimming while you snorkel. You are front and center of all the beauty the beach has to offer when you stay at this condo. Very clean. Very nice staff (better than our place last year). Jerome is always on the beach to help you or just make you feel welcome to the Coral Gardens. We will definitely be back to this condo to stay.

The location and view from this condo is a 10. We had our two adult daughters, plus a son-in-law and the space was perfect. We did not feel crowded at all. The office staff was so helpful and the entire property staff was very friendly. I recommend to rent a car to enjoy the island. Overall, we had a wonderful vacation.

Our second stay at the condo and we will be back. Lots of space, great view and fantastic balcony. Having the coral reef to snorkel around gives you so much more to do than just hanging out on the beach. By the way the beach is great too. The condo looks just like the pictures and the bar Somewhere on the property is a really fun beach bar.

We loved our stay in Provo at Coral Gardens! The water and reef were beautiful and easily accessible! We didn’t want to leave!

Great location and stay. Scott (manager) did a great job sharing activities to see and do on the island. Condo and property have a great location (in front of Bight Reef, not far from town, great beach, restaurant on property). All staff were very nice and accommodating.

Perfect location!! Extremely clean! Very comfortable beds. Our family (parents, 23-year-old, and 21-year-old) enjoyed our visit to the island, and this condo was the primary reason. Just feet away from the ocean, live music several nights at the restaurant "Somewhere" on the premises, every amenity imaginable in the condo. Brian's excellent responsiveness as we prepared for our trip set the tone for an amazing visit. Thank you, Brian, for sharing your condo with our family.

This was our second trip to TCI and this property is fabulous! It is super clean, right on the beach in front of bight reef and next to Somewhere Cafe. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated. I hated to leave last year and I felt no different leaving today. The view of the turquoise, crystal clear water is breathtaking. The landscaping around the property is beautiful and well-taken care of. The management and staff are so accommodating. I can’t imagine vacationing anywhere else.

We had a great time at Coral Gardens. Being right on the beach was the best part as was the awesome snorkeling. Beach chairs and umbrellas were provided and set up for us each day. All of the staff was pleasant and helpful. Condo was well appointed and spacious for our family of four. Would love to come back again.

We got there a little late due to delayed flight and the office was closed. A security person found us to give us the keys to get in. So, worked out okay. The space was great for 4 people. The view more than makes up for the couple of upgrades the property could use. The snorkeling off the beach was great and Somewhere was super convenient and good food. We loved our stay and the location. Such a beautiful place to visit.

Loved it so much last year, we chose this exact same condo again this year! Perfect location, steps from beach and reef. Jerome at the beach takes great care of us. We'll be back again!

Second stay at this lovely location, the views and location are the best on the beach! The property was clean, staff are wonderful and overall a lovely stay! We will definitely stay again!

Accommodations were perfect the resort is in a wonderful location and the Somewhere bar makes the beach all that more fun

This property is exactly as pictured, allowing you to enjoy the beautiful blues of the ocean every minute of your day, whether on the beach or in the unit. The Coral Gardens team is low key and supportive (we had all we needed) but not omnipresent like at a bustling resort. Owner was super responsive to all our needs, including making sure we had a crib. We will be back!

What an amazing location. The rental was exactly what we were looking for. We were able to cook a few meals and most importantly walk right out the back door to snorkel every single day. We were right next to Somewhere Cafe but truly, it was not crowded and were not bothered by crowds. The rental was clean and the bonus was housekeeping came every other day. I would absolutely stay here again next year.

Amazing property! Lots of space and an amazing view! Brian was incredibly responsive leading up to the stay and gave great recommendations!

My family (3 generations) loved our stay in 2212. Our Favorite part was the large balcony and living space. The property was clean and as described, but one night we noticed little red bugs near the stove. The office was closed for day, so we bought a $3 can of spray and took care of it. No biggie at all - but others might have been troubled by this. The owners were very responsive and accommodating when our flight was delayed. We hope to stay here again in the future!

We stayed here for the Christmas Holidays. The host answered numerous questions and kept us well informed. The description and pictures of the property are accurate. The grounds are well cared for, the staff is friendly and helpful and the location is second to none. We snorkeled on the reef spent a little time at the pool and the somewhere cafe. The wifi was reliable and useful. Gerome was excellent at securing our beach chairs, towels and activities. All around we are extremely happy with our choice to stay here.

Entire staff are very nice and professional. Check-in was easy and we were given a map of the island and lots of suggestions on where to go and what to do. The condo was beautiful, clean, well stocked and has a gorgeous view. Cleaning service is available as often as you want and we had it every other day. Somewhere cafe is in view but the noise level was minimal. Plus the bedrooms are on the opposite side and it’s extremely quiet. You can walk to several restaurants along the beach. Snorkeling is available right in front of the villa. Many excursions picked us up by boat in front of the villa. Grace bay is beautiful. Shopping is close buy by car as well. Can’t say enough positive things about this location. I highly recommend staying here.

This was exactly what we expected and more. Super clean, very spacious and a perfect location. We did try and listen to music on the back deck on early evening and I believe it’s more of a tranquil vacation spot. A lot of the other vacationers preferred the quiet. I don’t blame them. We just decided to give up on music there and enjoyed the natural sounds to be mindful of others around us. Wondeful spot. Would absolutely go again.

2212 was absolutely amazing - clean, views that can’t be beat, comfy beds, beautiful beach decor, excellent location right in front of the reef - we have nothing bad to say about this place. Kids are 7 and 8 and had the best time as did in laws in 70’s. We didn’t want to leave and will definitely be back!

We really enjoyed our stay at your property! The condo is just steps from an incredible beach with fantastic snorkeling. We were close to many great restaurants. I suggest renting a car (no worries, driving on the left is not as harrowing as you might think) as it allows you to explore this relatively small island. The people are welcoming and friendly. I'd go back in a heartbeat.

This was our 4th time to the island and this was one of the best places we have stayed in by far. Great location! A few steps to a wonderful beach with fun snorkeling and clear, warm water to relax in. It was a spacious, great layout for our family of 5. It was also nice to have the amenities of the hotel as well (mid-week cleaning, fresh towels, etc.) that we typically aren’t used to in a vacation rental. Owners were helpful and accommodating while making reservations. Would definitely come back here!

Property is as described in the listing and photos. The owner is responsive. The staff is attentive. The beach attendants are great. Snorkeling reef is ~ 50 yds off the beach right in front of the condo. Would stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Coral Gardens. The unit was clean and well appointed, the staff were helpful and friendly, and the location in front of the reef was great. Owner was quick to respond with any questions. We liked that it was a smaller type resort. Maurice and Jerome always greeted us at the beach and set up our chairs. It was nice to not have to worry about getting beach chairs. It was also convenient to have Somewhere cafe right there. We enjoyed the live music from our balcony. Coral Gardens is a great value for Grace Bay. Wonderful trip overall!

The layout, space, employees of the resort, views, and excursion options were all better than what we expected! Pics don’t do it justice. Hands down one of the best trips and highly recommend this location! Beautifully designed and super comfy!
