The property was representative of the description and well maintained.
Our golf cart had transmission issues on the second day of a one week trip. Even though the property manger(Sand Dollar rentals) was not contractually required, the provided a replacement cart until the golf cart was repaired

Loved this house! The fenced in area was so great for our dogs. Perfect layout for our kids and grandkids. Also a fantastic location in Watercolor near Camp Watercolor.

House was perfect for our family (4 adults and 3 kids, plus our furry friend!). Great porch areas to relax, nice big table to eat as a family. Golf cart worked great and was super convenient to be able to get around the Watercolor area and Seaside. Loved that our kids and the grandmas could walk to Camp Watercolor, and even to Seaside using the nearby trails. House was clean and just as advertised. Would definitely stay here again!!

Such a cute place, wonderful backyard for our dog. Loved the fire pit and free golf cart too. Walk right out the front door and to the tennis center, camp watercolor, or seaside in just minutes. Had a maintenance issue and they solved quickly! Would absolutely be back.

It was a good stay

First of all, we were told there were two parking spots for our two cars. One of the spots was taken by the golfcart that had to be plugged into the socket at all times when not using. This left us without anywhere to park our car. Very important to us because when we finally found a spot somewhat near our home (parking is VERY limited in Watercolor), we weren't able to use our car for fear of losing the spot. Secondly, we were never told we had to preorder the beach chair setup, so when we arrived, they were sold out, which means you have to be up and at the beach, in a long line, daily, to reserve your chairs. We needed six chairs, which cost $260/day! These came with 3 umbrellas, and they set them up way down the beach, in rows, right next to stranger's chairs, in the 3rd or 4th row. No way to get first row or bring your own chairs or umbrellas. If you want to do this, you have to set them up at a different location. Everything is very crowded in Watercolor. We only found one restaurant in the area that takes reservations. Mimmo's Italian Restaurant. Very good. Wait times for dinner is sometimes up to an hour. The golfcart that comes with this house is very old and in need of repair. The brakes needed replacing, which they couldn't do while we were there for the two week. The Watercolor pool's famous "lazy river" was broken during the last 4 days we were there, which made the other pools VERY crowded. There are never chairs or shade available.

The house and location were perfect for our needs. Love the proximity to Camp WaterColor... our 3-year-old grandson loved the Lazy River, the pool and the water slides... and, so did the grown-ups! The 6-person golf cart made all the difference in the world... it made everything so easily accessible and fun. Can't wait to come back to Kallie's Korner!

We rented Callie’s Corner for our recent Spring Break trip. The location was great - close to Camp Water Color and a quick golf cart trip to the beach club as well as Seaside. The area was very busy for Spring Break, so it was great to have a quiet getaway from it all. The space was ample for our family of 6.
We loved having the golf cart and was super helpful for our family given that we didn’t bring/rent kids bikes. However, it felt like the battery would get low somewhat quicker than we would expect on our way home from being out to eat or spending the day at the beach.
We loved the outdoor spaces as well as we wound down after fun days in the sun.

We have travelled to 30A multiple times over the past decade. I think we have had 13 trips to this neck of the woods. Let me say, that this rental property has been my absolute favorite. It was incredible, the house was beautiful, the beds comfortable, the front porches heavenly! The amenities including the bicycles and golf cart made our weeklong visit even more fun. We zipped around WaterColors and neighboring Seaside. The firepit outside kept us warm and toasty during the cool evenings. I want to say the aesthetic and decor of this rental property is excellent, soothing colors, beachy vibes and the white pine floors. WOW! Did I forget to tell you we brought along our lab, he chilled on the porch and in the yard. We walked and walked on all the cool trails and he even got a trip to the dog beach in Panama City. Do yourself a favor and stay here if you get the chance.

We decided as a family to make a quick last minute trip to Watercolor before Christmas. Have never rented a pet friendly home but was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the property. Will rent again!

We had the good fortune of staying at Kallie’s Korner for an entire month from mid October to mid November. This was our first time to WaterColor and we could not of had a better trip. The house was perfect for our 13-year old chocolate lab. She enjoyed the golf cart, walking trails, and fenced back yard every day. The downstairs master bedroom was a huge plus also. While we were there, family members joined us ranging from 10-months to 79 years old and everyone felt right at home and had plenty of room.
We loved this particular location since is was very close to Camp WaterColor and also right in the center of WaterColor and an easy golf cart ride to everywhere. It was also within walking distance to the Seaside shops and restaurants, which we walked regularly cutting through the tennis court areas even with the baby stroller.
The house was in excellent shape. It has a very large washer and dryer. The kitchen was well stocked and the appliances were all relatively new and worked well. Internet worked great. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay again at Kallie’s Korner.

Location was great and house was cozy. Electric vehicle was a huge plus as well as the property being pet friendly. There were minor issues such as broken bikes and empty propane tank which were quickly remedied. However, the outdoor bed swing was never fixed and was a bummer not to be able to utilize , the dryer was never fixed during our stay which meant that we were not really able to do laundry as the clothes were not drying after multiple cycles and the grill while it was a perfect size for some reason did not hold it's heat well. The starter for the grill was ordered but did not arrive during our stay. The kitchen could use some extra supplies; ie. storage containers, large boil pot, etc. If these issues are remedied, I think Kallie's Korner will score much better in the future!

Wonderful home in the best location!
We had the best family vacation last week at Kallie’s Corner. The house had everything you could need. It was clean, fully stocked, fresh towels, and had wonderful porches (screened and not screened) to enjoy during our morning coffee time or evening wine time. Highly recommend this home for your family to enjoy!

Kallie’s Korner allowed us a chance to have a beach vacation with our dog, and could not have been more conveniently located - a five minute walk to the Camp Watercolor pool complex, a five minute golf cart ride to Publix, and a ten minute golf cart ride to Watercolor beach access (there’s a golf cart garage at the Watercolor Inn), with still more pools with poolside drinks/food available. We have friends who hate the crowds at the Seaside/Watercolor area… for us it gives the place a cozy feel, and our kids love being able to meet the dozens of young people their age who are here this time of year. I think driving might be a pain, but the main thing we love about this place is being able to park the car when you arrive, then leave it for the week. You can walk, bike, or golf cart wherever you could possibly want to go, and those means of transport are so much more pleasant to navigate amongst the crowds. Great fire pit, excellent location, some fantastic NCAA b-ball on the giant flatscreen in the living room. Grilled some fresh-caught Mingo into fish tacos… would’ve been hard to top! Thank you Kallie’s Korner for a vacation we’ll remember for years to come

Several large screened in porches were perfect for early morning coffee, breakfasts, and several dinners. Suggestion: include beach chairs in the rental and some standard housekeeing items, such as garbage bags, laundry and dish detergent. It will help with unnecessary waste. Happy to pay a refundable deposit for undamaged beach chairs. Rentals were hard to come by and uneven in quality.

The golf cart was a major plus also! My only recommendation would be to include more bath towels in bathroom. We had to do several loads of "towel" laundry during the week. Watercolor Getaway
Weeklong rental at Camp Watercolor - our first time to the Seaside area. House was great - clean, well appointed and great location - walk to community pool, short golf cart ride to beach/beach club, seaside, grocery store and restaurants. We didn't stay too much at the house because there's so much to do but it was a great place to come home to after a busy day at the beach or pool. Would definitely recommend.

We cleaned up on the inside but didn’t spend our vacation time cleaning outside. So the house is wonderful but the rental/cleaning company needs to do better. I’m sure Spring Break renters are extra difficult to clean up after. Overall, highly recommend.

Great Watercolor Stay for Spring Break
The house was fantastic for 2 families with a total of 5 kids for spring break. 4 of them stayed in the bunk bed room. It was a short walk to the Kids Camp, which the kids enjoyed the waterslides and lazy river. The 6 person golf cart was a game changer. We used it to drive to the Beach Club, which had golf cart parking. The new beach club was great. It had 3 pools a large outdoor bar and food service. The trials around the lake were across the street so we took morning bike rides on the trials. The golf cart was damaged by the previous renters, but property management was excellent and had it repaired within a day. Overall it was a great stay.

We absolutely loved this house! Because of this stay, we would love to recreate this house for our own! The rooms, layout and overall appearance made for a wonderful vacation home! Loved the location, golf cart and screened in porches! We will be back!

We liked the property. We were disappointed that the golf cart would not charge. This property is quite a distance from everything, so there was a lot of going back and forth in the car which is not ideal when visiting the beach. .

house was great. There was a double booking on the property for 2 of the days but the management company was very helpful in finding a solution and refunding part of our stay as well.
