Awesome place in a great location! Had everything we needed - this was the second time staying in this same house for some of the guests. Very spacious for a large group!

The layout of the house was great for a large group. Bedrooms are spread out over three floors and the rooms are similar in size which we prefer rather than homes with one or two oversized master bedrooms. Beds were extremely comfortable, bathrooms were fine with good water pressure. Everything seemed fairly new. The great room was very nice for hanging out by the fire, kitchen fully stocked and very nice to have a separate beverage fridge. The only issue with the kitchen was the ice machine was not working. Downstairs was another great room with another fireplace and a fun pool table, shuffleboard table and card table that we used a lot. The movie room was also terrific. Finally there are two large decks with a hot tub and the yard and firepit were a nice addition even though it was November. The property manager was very responsive. A few issues: temperature regulation is a problem. It was very cold downstairs even with space heaters and overly warm in the bedrooms on the third floor. The thermostats didn't seem to work in adjusting the temperature. It would also be very helpful to have instructions for the TVs and the media room--there were a lot of remote controls and we had to call the manager several times to figure out how to work the various media options. Some basic written instructions would have been very helpful. Location would be great in the summer as you have direct lake access. The views are very pretty as well.

Our family vacation was fantastic. More than enough room for 14. The management was quick to respond to an issue with wet carpet in the movie theater. We loved the live music next door at Nicks Lake House and our private gate to walk over there. If you don’t like live music, you may want to look into other options or look up the restaurants hours and schedule. The area in front of the dock is very close to the marina dock but wasn’t an issue for us. The town is small but charming, very close and just a short walk. The hot tub and game room were nice features. The kitchen is fully stocked and roomy. Could use a new nonstick pan or two but very nice. Yes, there are a few spider webs and bugs. You’re at a lake house in the Pocono Mountains. Get over it. I could nit pick a few things, but no house is perfect. We loved our stay and recommended it to friends who already booked next summer. Perfect location but everything needed maintenance. No lightbulbs working, very dusty, so many spiders. Appliances were in disrepair and the linens were sparse and old. Loved the lake. Needs a good painting and cleaning and for things to be maintained.

This was a long awaited vacation with our kids, their spouses and all the grandchildren. 21 of us and this house was perfectly suited!! Activities for all ages, well equipped and management was very responsive when we needed a propane refill. The location was great and we also enjoyed the music next door at Nick's on Friday night. We will definitely recommend this place to others.

Awesome lake house!!! The house was perfectly located to restaurant’s , ice cream shop and water sports, casino and water parks. The accommodation were very roomy for 8 adults and 4 children. We enjoyed the theatre room, poker table, fire pit, fishing and Hot tub , pool table and bar area. House in great condition. We would stay here again. My only recommendations would be to provide more bathroom towels, clean webs off of windows and high beams, spray for carpenter ants. We found more webs and ants all around. I would add a note that when, taking out the kayaks or canoes, you need lifejackets otherwise he will be fine. Overall best lake house by far.

Great long weekend getaway with a big friend group to kick off our summer. Loved having the kayaks and canoes right in the backyard. Having Nicks right next door was a huge plus- sat in the backyard one night listening to an amazing band, but not too loud that we couldn’t hear each other. Just an FYI, bath towels are included, but throw a couple washcloths and hand towels in your suitcase.

Nice house that worked well for us. Didn’t know it was next to a bar that had live bands that played until about 9:30. It was ok if the band was good, not so good if the band wasn’t good which was about half the time. Parking wasn’t easy and it was a ways to get groceries.

My second time staying at this property. Last time it was a work retreat. This time it was four families getting away for a long weekend. House is perfect for that size group. The kids had a blast and the adults too! Highly recommend this property.

This Vrbo was great, amazing location close to restaurants and bars and the house itself was perfect with plenty of room for all of us! Just a warning, the basement gets a little cold but there were provided warmers that left everyone happy! Would definitely stay again.

We do an annual ski trip with our friends and family, and this house was perfect for it. Property manager was very friendly and had no issues.

We enjoyed our stay at lake harmony. The property worked out perfectly for our family lots of space for the younger crowd downstairs with activities, and beautiful views would definitely stay again.

Rental for a post Thanksgiving family weekend. House gave us what was needed to cook, relax and enjoy ourselves.

Great place to relax.

A group of friends got together at this property and it was absolutely perfect. Plenty of space in the game room, living room, theater room and outside so it wasn’t cramped at all. The backyard was great with room for cornhole and other games, along with the fire pit. Fit all of our needs.

Had a group of adults stay for a bachelorette. Super fun! Spacious property and many options for sleeping atrangements

Awesome property in the heart of the Poconos. Tons of space and amazing sunsets. We loved the dock for fishing and boating as well as the hot tub, movie theater, pool table, oversized deck and fire pit. There is something for everyone, weather active or looking to relax. Would definitely do again!

We had a group of 15 for a golf trip and this property didn't disappoint. Plenty of space & beds for everyone to sleep comfortably and the perfect location, within walking distance to many bars and restaurants. Very friendly, responsive, and accomodating hosts. Would book again!

Everything about this place was lovely! Plenty of room and so much available to keep everyone entertained. Our family has rented quite a number of large homes through the years and we all agreed…. This is a keeper and will return soon. Thank you for a wonderful week with family!!

The house was very nice and spacious and gave multiple family members privacy. The house was clean and the kitchen well equipped. The canoes and kayaks that came with the rental were enjoyed daily by our teens. The location was great!! Any questions or requests we had were addressed quickly.

We had a fantastic time!! Location was on point. The house fit all of us comfortably and the lake out back was great. There were a few things our entire group (27) agreed with is that the pictures on here are very deceiving. The house needs to be updated and broken items need to be fixed. The coffee maker, oven, and dishwasher took forever to work. Ice machine needs to cleaned desperately. There are several couches that are ripped and stuffing is coming out all over the floor. The one 3rd floor bedroom door would not close all the way. Back yard had tons of weeds and grass was over grown. The dock is completely different then the picture on this site. (No benches, no table, no chairs, no gate) the hot tub was dirty and the lid needs to be replaced. But despite all of these items all 6 families had a great time.

Stayed here with a group of friends (14 in total) and even though the house needed a few updates, the location was awesome! If you’re just hanging with friends this by far is the place for you.

The house suited our needs as a multigenerational family. The dock was a bit close to the marina so we did not swim in the lake much and the yard wasn’t as well maintained. However the interior of the house served our needs well and we enjoyed the many gathering spaces.

Bedrooms were comfortable, amenities were great, and despite being next to the restaurant, it was pretty quiet! We would absolutely stay here again. Communication with the host was good, which went a long way! Thanks for having us
