We spent lots of time up there, just enjoying the sights. The Palm Bay Club is kept up very nice. Beautiful landscaping and extremely clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Thanks for the wonderful experience.

This location is like a hidden gem because it offers both the bayside and the beach! We definitely found our forever vacation home!!

The fan in the bedroom adjacent to the master bedroom had a broken ceiling fan. The fan lights were hanging by wires causing the fan to wobble. The wobble in the fan caused the broken lights hanging by wires to hit the fan causing a consistent noise though out the night if you wished to use the fan....which was needed as it was warm. The fan in the living room was out of balance and wobbled when on a high speed.
Finally, the two small frying pans were pretty pathetic. The front office provided two additional frying pans as a temporary fix to the problem. I do not know if previous renters have stolen the cookware from the unit, but the owners need to update cookware for future renters. This was not a cheap property to rent and for the money, I felt these problems should have been addressed prior to my arrival. On a positive note, the common area in the unit was spacious and clean. The office personnel were very helpful by quickly addressing the issues and a special "shout-out" to Jesus for taking the time to modify the fan to allow us to use the fan in the bedroom.

We’ve stayed with Palm Bay club about 5 times now, it always meets and or exceeds expectations. We were pleased with our condo and look forward to stay here again!

The deck overlooking the pool and the bay was a great place to sip a morning coffee or share drinks in the evening. Teenagers and young adults used the deck to sunbath during the day.

We asked for a few extra towels and the front desk declined stating we are expected to launder our own. At almost $500 a night I think a few extra towels is reasonable. The condo furniture was dirty and outdated. I like how other condos lock entrances to and from the beach. The security workers were super friendly! The front desk people were not.

The property could’ve been more perfect. The terrace was amazing and it should be talked about more.

Our condo wasn’t quite ready, housekeeping was still getting our place ready. While we waited, we quickly ran to the grocery store. When we got back to the condo, it was very clean and very well organized and well stocked with dishes, pots, pan, glassware, utensils, etc. The description of the property was EVERYTHING we had anticipated, the location, the layout, the amenities, etc were exceptional. Again, the property was very clean and very well maintained. We had a couple of questions re: the tv and internet and maintenance came over right away and helped. The front office personnel were always helpful and friendly and answered any questions we had. We would HIGHLY recommend and we have recommended the Palm Bay Club to family members. We have already reserved our space for next year at the PBC. Bob enjoyed playing golf almost everyday & I enjoyed the pickleball courts. It was nice to meet a group of people that played pball every morning at 9:00. Due to COVID, we really didn’t go out to eat much, but when we did go out, we enjoyed the Toasted Mango, The Turtle Club, The Cracked Egg & Miguels. Thank you for such a wonderful stay and the weather was amazing!!! SOOOOO glad to get out of the frigid weather back in WI...

The condo was spacious enough for a family of 7 and it has a great outdoor patio overlooking the bay. The view can't be beat. My kids were thrilled that we were close to the pool and the hot tub. The walk to the beach takes about 5-10 minutes. The property was very clean. I'd definitely stay here again.
