Beautiful little cottage with views to die for everything you need. Goats and horses just outside your door the host was on hand if needed would definitely stay again.

Everything about this break was fabulous ie :- location for the stunning views , everything you would need at the property is there, plenty of lovely places to eat and drink , fantastic walks, the animals are cute and finally the hosts were very friendly and welcoming. Definately be returning !

A beautiful little place, area is stunning, th views are amazing, prob 5 minuets drive to Hebden Bridge, th house itself is a home away from home, comfortable quite sapcious, we fell in luv with th place, and would dearly luv to visit again, our immediate neighbours th goats are delightful, friendly, and luv th occasional banana 💕 we both really enjoyed our stay, and would highly recommend Piglets House to anyone wanting a break to this wonderful part of West Yorkshire,

Fabulous little cottage with the most outstanding views.
Gill the host made us very welcome and had an extensive knowledge about the area. The view from the cottage is outstanding and just a little walk away was a lovely English pub.

Piglet House was just want we needed for our stay at Hebden Bridge. Close to town centre but just far away to enjoy the spectacular views around the property. We walked to Stoodley Pike from Hebden Bridge Station, a wonderful walk. Great comms and welcome from Gill and Nick. Even when we got lost in the dark finding the place, Gill was on hand to take our phone call to direct us in. Thank you for your hospitality.

Lovely cottage as described with great views. Checkin and communication with Gill & Nick was excellent (thanks for the welcome bottle of wine).
Local pub just down the road was closed but Gill recommended another, Robin Hood Inn about a mile away, wow, good atmosphere and food. Locals made us feel very welcome. Will stay again and highly recommend. Thanks.

Accommodation was lovely - we were even left a bottle of wine as a welcome gift. The host was incredibly helpful in the run up to our trip and was particularly accommodating when we missed our first evening. Views were beautiful and it was so peaceful!

The property was immaculate, views are stunning, Ebden village is wonderful and the Gill, the owner, is a delight.

Our stay at Piglet Cottage was absolutely lovely, we could’ve stayed forever. Home from home & Gill was the ideal host, brought us a lovely bottle of wine. Fabulous communication on booking, & a week before we were due to arrive, to give us directions & information about the college.
Lovely location & beautiful views, lovely walks. The Hare &
Hounds about a 5 minute walk was a lovely village pub, roaring fires, beautiful food, great beer, & was made to feel so welcome. All in all a lovely few days away, with Hebden Bridge very close with great shops & cafes.

It is a super relaxing and peaceful
The cottage is well.equipped with all you need
The local " goat neighbours " were fun and the hosts were brilliant
Plenty to see and do nearby with a great local pub and the hebden bridge just a five minute drive away
If you are looking for a super cozy cottage with great views and walks in lovely calderdale this is the place for you

This was a last minute booking and so glad we picked Piglet house. The accommodation isn’t too far a walk from Hebden bridge but it’s in a nice peaceful location. Great views and loved sitting looking out eating breakfast! Place is very clean and cozy and had everything we needed. Gill was really helpful and friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. We didn’t eat in the hare and hound but we did go in for a drink as only five minute walk lovely friendly pub. Hebden bridge is a lovely village with list of places to eat! Lots of lovely walks too! Will definitely go back and Would also go back to Piglet house as we enjoyed staying there so much x

A bit old but still ok. Great views but overcast and wet. Nice owner with complementary bottle of wine. Lovely rural setting with a good pub nearby. Great place to take the dog. Nice and warm with plenty of hot water.

We had a great stay at Piglet's House - everything we needed (except maybe a washing machine) for our walkibg break. Spent evenings and early mornings watching the barn owl across the fields, fed the goats abd had easy access to lovely Hebden Bridge and walks in area (Stoodley Pike / Crags). Thank you

What a wonderful location, short walk to Hebden Bridge, close to a great pub, fantastic walks around the barn, lovely farm animals. Only downside is the pillows could be better and my towel had a massive hole in it, outdoor table could have been a little more inviting if spruced up could be 10/10

Middle of nowhere, a hidden little gem far enough away to enjoy stunning views, close enough to walk the pub or taxi to the village.

We had a lovely stay at the Piggery. Scenery is beautiful, loved the horses and the goats. Gill very friendly and bought me some flowers for my birthday. Our greyhound Ruby so enjoyed running around in the fields, we struggled to get her back! Pub is Fab!

Piglets House is an amazing little place and we are so glad we found it with a lovely local pub within a few minutes walk was definitely a bonus and we ate there twice.
Hebden Bridge is also within walking distance and all down hill on the way but we would definitely recommend a taxi back, especially after a couple of cocktails with lunch.
We are hoping to return very soon and would recommend to anyone wanting to get away from the hustle and bustle for a few nights. Ps, the panoramic views were amazing, even in the freezing fog.

Had some difficulties with the website but eventually managed to book. So glad I persevered. Check in process smooth and the host welcoming. Wonderful views.. Comfortable cosy surroundings, well equipped. Just what we were looking for a quiet weekend. Accurate description the pub really is in walking distance.

The property is in a great location where you can feel solitary if you feel the need, yet with a lovely pub a few minutes walk away and a village just a short walk further with a post office and cafe. It's a nice mile walk downhill to Hebden Bridge, but we would recommend a bus or taxi for the walk back up.
Gill and Nick are lovely hosts and the bottle of wine waiting for us in the fridge was a very welcome touch.
The property is well equipped, and having goats and horses outside the door just adds to the charm.
Did we mention the stunning views? We found it hard to peel ourselves away from the patio windows, the vista is amazing and we saw some fantastic sunsets.

We had an excellent stay in the cottage and the owner was very friendly and a good source of knowledge about the surrounding area. My only complaint is that vrbo said there was WiFi and to ask the owners for the code before we went but on enquiring we were told that there is no Internet. This is vrbo's error not the owners
