We’ve found our new vacation spot and we’re already planning our trip for next year. We traveled with our theee children (13,5,3) and this home for us perfectly the kids loved their bedroom and our teenage daughter enjoyed the huge pullout couch setup. My wife and I enjoyed our private balcony and upstairs sun deck (we kept those areas secret and the kids never found them) we called that our vacation from vacation spot and if you have small children you understand exactly what I’m talking about! The boat really made this vacation over the top and we enjoyed it almost every day we were here. The kids loved the pool as well and was a great place to unwind and rinse off when we’d get back in from the lake. Plenty of good restaurants and beaches nearby as well but the perfect distance from the over populated Clearwater area. Paul the owner was great and made sure we had everything we needed to make sure our vacation was perfect 10/10 would recommend this to others (already have friends booking their family vacation here as well)

You can tell a lot of thought was put into this property and the comfort of the guests. Their communication was top notch and clear instructions were given in their binder. The pontoon orientation was seamless and I would be happy to rent this condo again in the future. Thank you for allowing my family to utilize your property for the holidays.

The condo was very nice. Just the right size for my husband and I. Close proximity to Tarpon Springs and Clearwater Beach area. The pontoon was such a great bonus, we really enjoyed it. Mattress on the King size bed was extremely comfortable. We had the perfect long weekend getaway, very relaxing!

Paul and Amy were very helpful with questions we had. The highlight of our trip was taking family out on the pontoon boat to Tarpon Turtle for lunch. It’s a small complex and very quiet.

Wonderful stay. We have granddaughters living in the area and this location was perfect. The boat was amazing. Paul was perfect to deal with and he made sure we knew everything we needed to know to drive the boat. The condo was updated and had everything we needed. I certainly hope we can rent again.

It was a great trip with beautiful accommodations. The condo was quiet, clean, and reasonably priced. The pontoon was an impressive feature included in the fee. A favorite part of our day was floating on Lake Tarpon during the heat. And there are many intriguing sites to see at the sponge docks just 10 minutes away.

This was a perfect property for my husband and I to get away for some much needed R&R. The boat was wonderful and the scenery made up for the fish not biting. The property was close to Honeymoon Island, the sponge docks, and lots of restaurant options.

This trip was for myself and my twin teen boys celebrating their graduation and 14th bdays. Absolutely perfect. Owner super cool guy, attentive with any questions, condo beautiful and great location. Pontoon boat a must and EVERYTHING you need from fishing, cooking, to beach days. Parking and complex clean and safe. Definitely coming back.

The boat was perfect for cruising around the lake. Docked and ate at Tarpon Turtle Bar & Grill. Saw lots of wildlife, birds, turtles, gators. Fishing was okay. Condo was clean and everything worked fine. Would definitely recommend it for 2 to 4 people wanting to relax and enjoy Lake Tarpon.

Property was easy to find, close to all kinds of shopping. Very clean and comfortable. The host is very nice and helpful. He provides plenty of towels, fishing rods and tackle..The pontoon boat was in great shape, well taken care of...and was a great way to see the lake. We took the pontoon to Tarpon Turtle and docked for lunch several times.. Clean pool . Parking was close to unit...We would stay here again for sure... thanks Paul... hope to see you again soon..

Online description was accurate and the hosts were attentive when we needed help. They were just a text or phone call away. We enjoyed cruising on the pontoon boat over to a restaurant for dinner a couple of evenings. The property was conveniently located with short drives to Tarpon Springs, Dunedin and St Petersburg. We would stay there again.

We had a wonderful time. Very spacious & clean place. It was a nice addition to be able to use the pontoon. There is a nice restaurant on the lake where you can dock the pontoon. Unfortunately during our stay the hot tub/spa by the pool area was unusable during the entire month & the pool was not heated.

Very nice property and clean. Spend all your time on the lake if you want or visit the scenic adventures in Florida. This is my vacation home away from home. Paul is a great guy and takes pride in his home. See you next year.

Owner had great communication, easy and stress free checkin. Description was exactly as stated. Pool and lake was fantastic, boat was clean and great for fishing. Beds was comfortable! We loved it and would like to come back. Location was great for going to whichever beach or shopping center you choose.

It was exactly as pictured. Everything was nice and well taken care of. I appreciated all the extras that was provided like chairs and coolers for the beach. My only issue was the neighbor. There was apparently an issue with a leak though we found no trace of it where we were. He scared all of us by banging very loudly on the door late at night and screaming calling us crude names. That was the only bad thing about our stay. I would highly suggest not letting the neighbor handle issues like that again. I don’t see any other review about the neighbor so I’m hoping that maybe it’s a one off issue and no one else had to deal with that.

My husband and I, along with our adult sons spent a week in this comfy condo. From the close parking space to the great view of the pool, inlet, boat from the lanai we were very pleased. Two great bedroom. Two full baths, a patio with private rooftop access, living and kitchen area , we absolutely felt relaxed. There are plenty of things you can use for the beach or pool available! Proximity to beaches, shoppings, parks, and other activities. The neighbors here are welcoming and I will absolutely book again!

Place was clean, easy to talk to owner, fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms! Great view and place was decorated very nice. Only recommendation would be to let renter know there is a mandatory 30 min tutorial before taking the pontoon boat out. I don't know if we missed that somewhere if so please post clearly. Pool and jacuzzi guy needs replacing. Other than that our stay was great and we enjoyed the place very much!

We fell in love with the property as soon as we got there! From the beautiful lake views to the swimming pool and the use of the boat that just pushed it over the top. Our kids loved using the boat in the afternoons after long days of adventures close by. The condo was so close to everything and stocked with just about everything you could need….just bring your clothes and toiletries! The owner was very responsive and such a help with anything we needed. Definitely recommend to any family looking for a great vacation….our kids are already asking to go back!
