Beautiful beach/ocean views from every room. Floor to ceiling windows were spectacular to take in the beauty’s of the beach.

Corner unit with beautiful gulf views. Floor to ceiling windows throughout unit. Beach at doorstep. Restaurants within a couple of miles in either direction. Nice size rooms. Updated, clean and nicely decorated. Some areas of unit could use a little TLC. Balcony very enclosed and always too hot to use. Also, air conditioning works great in unit except master bedroom which stayed fairly warm during our stay. Disappointed that pool was not closer to the beach. Nice way to cool off. Instead, it was a very long walk (many football fields) to pool at front of property, so we never used. Limited parking at pool which was always full. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

The views in this unit are unbeatable. After a quick elevator ride, you are RIGHT ON the most beautiful beach we have ever been to. The staff and security working the beach were extremely friendly and were quick to transport our chairs to the beach. If you are looking for a place to stay right on the beach with incredible views, look no further.

Then they had the air conditioner off for hours with out giving any refund back. The whole Tower to me smells musty.

We had a view of the beach from every room and it is beautiful. The rooms were plenty big for all four of us to sit together and hang out. We watched the sun set every night. There is plenty of good eating in the area. The parking was a bit disappointing since we had a larger vehicle and there are no assigned parking spots unless you are an owner. That meant every time we got back we had to look around for a legal empty unassigned spot. The beach was amazing and there was no shortage of chairs and lounges. It felt good to fall asleep with the sound of the ocean as a backdrop!

Beautifully decorated and well furnished. Includes everything you need and more- beach toys, umbrella, chairs, beach books, board games, drying rack and plenty of hangers! Appliances (rice cooker, blender, ninja) Pyrex for cooking and storage, pitchers, and dishes, glassware. It was a splurge for special celebration and we would love to return someday!

First is the panoramic views of the beach from every room of the unit set the perfect tone for your vacation. The unit is fresh, well appointed, very tastefully updated. The location is perfect with the resort having everything you need from 2 pools and a fishing pier. On top of that the staff at the office is fantastic to help with anything you might need.

This 2bed/2 bath is just beautifully furnished and appointed with upscale furniture, counter tops and cabinets in kitchen and both bathrooms.The biggest seller are the views. There are beautiful views out a full wall of windows that face southbound Siesta beach and there are views from both bedrooms as well as the living room facing the gulf. You could not ask for more. The property stretches from gulf to bay. So you can walk the beach then walk the paved road and cross Midnight Pass to the bay side which has a pool that faces the bay. There is seating and a dock. The pools are fine but could use some landscaping. The one facing the bay is nice, but the main pool is just kind of ordinary. Both are a bit of a walk from the condo if you have mobility issues or small kids. The location is about a mile south of Siesta Village and there is a free shuttle that is very convenient. The beach is pristine and cared for well. There are nice beach chairs and lounge chairs to use. Staff in office and throughout property are very nice and welcoming.

It was clear that the floors had not been swept at all when we got there. Our one year old (who crawled around constantly), crawled on the floor for about ten minutes and his knees and hands were black. When we called, they were incredibly nice and said they would get it fixed the next day. They did. However, the cleaning crew came up while my son was napping and insisted there was no way they could come back and so I had to wake up my son and leave. There is also a hole in the floor in between the table and window which has been there for over a year and really needs to be fixed especially since it is a kid-friendly unit.
