Our family had an amazing vacation. The beautiful home and location was perfect. House was fully equipped with all the basic utensils. Rooms are large and spacious. Many memories made during our stay

We had a great time and the house was wonderful! Quiet, quick driving distance to several beaches, lots of places to walk and bike. If you are looking for a relaxing and peaceful place to stay, this house is perfect!

Great stay

This was our 2nd vacations at the villa and we had an amazing time again! The house, the swimming pool, the quiet neighborhood, beaches and house management are perfect. We hope to be back again next year.

This is our 4th or 5th stay in Rotunda West, and we continue to come back. This home sits towards the end of Tournament Road, so not much traffic, and very quiet. The home is very large. Just the right size for the 3 generations that stayed. The grandkids loved the pool. There were a few small issues, but nothing major. There are 8+ bikes in the garage which the kids used, and since the house is farther down, they were able to ride often, as well as use the paths over to the park. There were a few small things that have normally been in all of our other rentals, that weren't here, but a quick trip to the Winn Dixie or Walmart handled it all. Would we come back?? ABSOLUTELY!

Great location at a very clean and perfectly set up home for our family of 8

We have just left this amazing property. It is located on a beautiful, quiet street in Rotunda FL. The property is well maintained and cleaned. We had 8 of us staying and still had plenty of room. Minutes drives to beaches, golfing, shops and nice restaurants. Everything you need also to cook and have great family meals. Great pool and spa with a beautiful lanai area. Definitely plan on renting in the future!! Thanks for an amazing home for us to stay in.

We love the area ! Quiet yet convenient ! This is our second stay and look forward to our next trip. Close to beaches, shopping and neat attractions. Great owner communication.

Everything was great beautiful house for a family stay

We would have initially given the property an okay rating, but after we communicated with the owner personally we feel a good rating is warranted. The issues we encountered were not the owners fault, but his property maintenance company. The home is spacious, the pool is great, and if one so desires there are many golf courses in the area, which we took advantage of. Many good restaurants in the area, of which, Farlows on the Water was our favorite. Also, one can take advantge of the fine area beaches.

Beautiful place to relax and unwind. The Pool and Spa were great. Had a problem figuring out how to turn the spa on and called the property manager. He was very responsive and was out within a couple of hours and showed us how to work everything.

The villa and area are amazing, we loved our time here and we hope to be back next year!

This house is beautiful and well designed to accommodate eight guests. Everything was exactly as described. The neighborhood was excellent as well. We had a memorable experience and are thankful for the time we were able to spend together here.

This home was great for our needs! The 2 masters was key for our family. Plus having 2 additional bedrooms and the den, everyone was able to have their own space. The heated pool was great. Property management company was very responsive. We loved having a bathroom accessible from the lanai. I would definitely rent this property again!

The house and amenities were as advertised! House itself is very large and clean and can accommodate a large number of guests if needed. Our group enjoyed having their own private bathrooms! All facilities worked as expected.

Having returned to the Englewood area after some 15 years away we were delighted to find that it remains relatively quiet. Rotonda West is extremely quiet and is the perfect place for a relaxing holiday. There are a number of beaches in close proximity, plus Venice and Siesta Key not too far away. Boca Grande on Gasparilla Island is particularly attractive with a nice beach (and beach bar) at the south tip of the island.

Superb villa in a great area. Top notch facilities with fantastic communication from the owners. Everything you could need for a relaxing holiday. The villa is a perfect design for families with the master suite separate to the rest of the bedrooms. It's a great size with very good standard furnishings. The pool is the hub of the holiday and it doesn't disappoint. It's a great size with plenty of furniture to relax. The area is very quiet which is perfect. Great restaurants are close by with affordable supermarkets and takeaways within a quick drive. Of course the beaches are second to none in this area with great fishing. All in all just fantastic and would recommend. We can't wait to visit again.

We are a family of 4 and had a really great stay at the Bluebell Villa. We wanted somewhere in South West Florida where we could enjoy the weather, lounge around the house and pool all day and eat out in the evenings, so this house and the area around Rotonda suited us nicely. The house is really well maintained and very enjoyable to stay in and we found plenty of good places to eat all within 20 mins drive. Would definitely recommend.

Decent size for what we needed. The outdoor space was great, good sized pool not overlooked by anywhere with a good amount and variety if outdoor furniture. It's a fairly central location for touring around the state, 3 hour drive to both Miami and Orlando for the parks and sight seeing on Ocean Drive. It has good shopping destations an hour away, beautiful peaceful beaches close by too.

The villa has everything you need and is ideal and spacious for 2 families with the 2 master suites, everything is very clean and tidy. The pool area is great and has a lovely outlook and there are plenty of extras with bicycles, pool toys and beach chairs to use. We had a couple of queries when we arrived but they were dealt with immediately and we have received great service from Greg and Mick. We love this location as it is central for all the great beaches, fishing and shopping. We would definitely recommend this villa and I am sure we will be back again! Loved our stay here, the property was immaculately clean and had everything we needed. We were a party of 2 families, so the accommodation worked perfectly for us, the two master suites were both amazing and equally large. Our only gripe ( and it is a small one) was we couldn't get the Netflix package to work, the password simply didn't work. It wasn't a huge problem as we don't go on holiday to watch TV, but if you want to watch a film with a beer maybe double check with owner when booking. Pool area fab, plenty of space to sit around and you can get sun all day ..... also plenty of pool toys in garage, along with beach chairs we made use of. House itself on Rotunda circle, it is a 10 minute drive to get off the circle to a main road, but the house is in a peaceful neighbourhood with very friendly neighbours- we chatted to quite a few! Villa was ideally placed for us as we wanted to visit Sarasota area, but also venture south to Naples/ Marco Island. Owners really responsive, answered all messages promptly, booking very easy. All in all, great stay, we loved it and would definitely return. Duffy and Macdonald family

Excellent facilities at this vacation home in Rotonda. We had a relaxing time and all 5 adults and my three Grandchildren ranging from 19 to 4 years of age found the large pool and spa just superb. Daisy used one of the many bicycles to ride around Rotonda given this villa is set in a beautiful peaceful area. The fully fitted kitchen allowed us cook and to dine in and we also took advantage of the nearby restaurants, especially Harpoon Harry's where we watched the sunsets. Four comfortable bedrooms were just perfect for us, two with en-suit and the other two shared, so the facilities were spot on.
