Paradise, Indeed! I never turned on the TV once. The property is so beautiful and tranquil. The dock is a major selling point for avid fishermen or water activities from your backyard!

We had a wonderful stay. The property was clean, well appointed and comfortable. Everett was a responsive and helpful host. He provided great information about Islamorada, gave suggestions for things to enjoy. When we arrived he gave a very thorough introduction to the property which we appreciated. Loved the beach and dock and the views were breathtaking. All in all, a wonderful month at a piece of paradise!

The house is in a beautiful location between the ocean and bay, so you could see sunrises and sunsets (time of year depending) every day. The bay side of the house allows for peace and reflection by just staring at the water or reading a book. Everett was the most patient and attentive host ever, even after 2 Main water main breaks on A1A (which no one can predict!) This was truly a special place!

Great visit. Very clean house. Spacious. Everything works. Convenient. The highlight is the life off the dock. Nesting Osprey. Sea turtles. Manatee. Nurse sharks. And manatee. We really enjoyed it. I’d go back.

The property is nice and the owner is available for questions. However, there are 3 outdoor cameras on the ground level front, back, and middle that can capture every move outside of the house and another at the front door that sees every time you leave or return. The front door was the only way in or out unless you drop down from a balcony. These were not mentioned in the house descriptions and were a little disconcerting. The home is attached to another home - neighbors are quiet and seemed nice but we tried to not make any sounds outside so as not to disturb them. Other smaller things - There are no Smart TV's. There are only 6 large dishes for eating - not a huge deal for us, we just washed in the sink after every meal at home. The kitchen overall is sufficient, but minimally stocked for pots, pans, and cabinet space. There is no stereo, but there is a wireless speaker. On a very positive note, the home is close to everything. The dock and water frontage view in the back is all it should be. As expected, there is a road noise from Overseas Hwy on the front, but still a great view. Beds are comfortable, rooms are comfortable. You get to the top bedroom via a spiral staircase. It takes some agility to get the suitcases up there, but it is manageable unless you have some physical issue that makes tight steps tough. Overall a nice place but the cameras really put a damper on our experience.

Beautiful home with both ocean and gulf views. Easy access to great restaurants and amenities. Our family was really enjoyed the stay.

The house is perfect and the location matches. Smartly decorated with island and family vibe. Backyard bar and beach are all you can ask for in a keys house. The views are unbelievable, 3rd floor master has an ocean balcony and a bayside balcony both with plenty of seating. The only downside is it will be hard to stay anywhere else.

The property is amazing, the views incomparable, quiet location very private. Best vacation destination ever.

This was the best location for us because we were central to everything we could want to do but, when we wanted, we could lay low like at home. The neighbors are very nice. The cove is full of amazing wildlife and the back porch on the second floor is a perfect relaxation spot any time of day. There a long road/sidewalk on the ocean side for running, walking, and biking. My kids 12,9,7 enjoyed playing in the sand, discovering all the living creatures in the cove, playing pool, and playing with the board games from the closet. The home’s position between the two bodies of water allow for a lovely breeze to blow through.

We spent a very enjoyable couple of weeks here! It's pretty neat to see the ocean out front and the gulf out back. We rented a boat, so it was wonderful to have the dock to use. And every room in the house was lovely and bright and sunny. We especially liked the loft.

We had a lovely time and celebrated the Christmas holiday with our family. The house was perfect for our number of people and the terraces overlooking the water added a lot of charm and extra room for dining and just relaxing. The house is beautiful inside with great outdoor living spaces. It is just off Overseas Highway.

This was our first trip to Islamorada. We had a fabulous time. The property fit our needs perfectly. Location is fabulous with amazing views. We would recommend and planning to return next year.

2nd time renting this wonderful property it was as breath taking walking into this beautiful home with the views as the 1st time Everett is very helpful from suggesting a restaurant "Square Grouper " to giving us a heads up phone call on a approaching tropical storm Fred to make sure I was pulling my boat out of the water before it was to bad to do it The pictures do not give this property justice !! This is a lovely home on Lower Matecumbe that is well maintained by its owners. Plenty of room to have some personal space or to gather together for some fun. Well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, quiet and serene. It's particularly awesome to have the beach and dock for shelling and watching fish and other wildlife. Everett is an attentive host and knows the area well. He had several recommendations for places to eat, kayak rentals, and activities for children. Super communicative and was always just a text away. I highly recommend this special property!

Every time we had a challenge Evert was on top of it , I wish he would have stopped by, I would loved to have drinks with him. The next door neighbors were great, they turned us on to a restaurant that he played music at ( Tuna’s ) food was great and it was only couple miles down the road. The view from the house was fantastic bayside and ocean side. We saw manatee, turtles, sharks and dolphin all in bayside from the dock. Great family time for 3 weeks. If you’re looking for a place book it quick, you can’t go wrong. MH

The most beautiful views of both Ocean and Bay!! Excellent boat dock! Clean water in the cove , which is important to us! Loved the jacuzzi and pool table ! Very nice owner who was very helpful with local information. We had a great vacation!

The property was spottlessly clean, and just as represented. Views front and back are a delight. Overseas highway is noisy during the day, but that was no surprise, nor a disappointment. We loved Lower Matecumbe, and look forward to returning.

House is modern and clean, with lots of different spaces to hang out - between multiple floors and balconies, and private beach and dock. Great to have view of both bay and ocean. Decks on both sides is also a bonus, as depending on which way the wind blows it's nice on one side or the other. The only drawback having such close access to both ocean and bay side is that you're so close to the road, the traffic noise is constant. Loved having a beach and dock. We rented kayaks that were delivered and picked up - super easy to hop in a kayak in the bay. Owner is very communicative and friendly.

Fantastic 2 weeks away from MN cold. Able to work and kids kept up with school while enjoying the ocean views and bayside beach. House was exactly as described and photographed. The tidiest, least cluttered place we’ve ever enjoyed on Vrbo. Couldn’t ask for more!

Our family vacations every winter to Florida. This was one of the best properties we have ever stayed at in many ways. We were fortunate it to rent it this winter and were in Florida when the COVID crisis hit. It was like the world was going past us but we were comfortable and out of the storm. Completely updated, contemporary and clean. You can tell the owner cares a lot about the property and keeps it really nice and comfortable for his own family. Truly beautiful property. Having water views out of both sides of the house can't be beat. A private sandy beach area right out the back door on the bay side and the ability to cross the highway and walk along a beach in front of the house. Great ground level, covered area with pool table, sink, bar area and a very nice dock for my boat. Great fishing in the area and I was able to fish bay side or ocean side and even off the dock. The pictures are very accurate and if anything do not do the property justice. The owner Everett gives the best on the phone orientation that one could hope for, literally walks you through the whole property feature by feature. You end up having no surprises at all. Convenience stores, bait and gas stations super close. Publix a short ride up the road. Everett was always available for a quick conversation and showed a lot of concern for us when were down here during this crisis. I would highly recommend this property and if we were in need of a 3 bedroom again, would not hesitate to rent this one again. Hope this helps someone out when choosing a property to rent.

Just can’t beat the bay view!!! Clean place, lock box entry, plenty of kitchen spices, high end materials used in house and in the outdoor bar area. Neighbor is friendly too!

Super area. Quite yet active. Plenty to do. We loved the Green Turtle Inn for bfast and The Fish House (short drive) for dinner. There is a Publix close. The private beach makes this property very special.

Beautifully updated home with lovely views from both the front and back of the home. We brought our boat with us and kept it at the dock. There is excellent access to both the gulf and Atlantic from the property! We couldn't be happier with both the immaculate condition of the home and the ideal location.

The Summer of 2019, according to the family, was the best vacation ever. The owner not only gave us a guided tour upon arriving, but also left a detailed packet of restaurants, activities, bike and kayak rental, and activities to enjoy in the local area. My family stayed in this house the month of June and this was the best vacation property we have statin anywhere .The place is really nice with beautiful views (ocean and Bay side),super clean ,decorate and well appointed.The management process was excellent with professional agreement ,documentation .Location was one of the best !oceanfront ,relaxing and close to 2 beautiful beaches ( port Antigua by boat ) and Anne beach .Alligator reef short distance by boat it’s a most see !! Excellent snorkeling one of the best .the Owner Everett was really nice always answering our questions about the house and question related to Islamorada area .the most important thing he was always available!!!.Location was exceptional close to very good restaurants , about a mile and half north Robiies marina and restaurant were you can rent a boat ,kayaks and schedule a sunset or snorkeling trip .I am looking forward to come back soon ! Truly an exceptional property. Everett and Marisa welcomed us as if we were old friends. The home is newly renovated, beautifully decorated and very clean. The views are spectacular from the many balconies and the location to restaurants, marinas and local markets was perfect. Great fishing right off the dock!!!! I would highly recommend

We had a wonderful visit, Everett and Marisa are great hosts and couldn't be more hospitable and helpful. The views of the ocean and bay from the four decks are spectacular. The house is very comfortable with all the amenities and the decor superb. We kayaked from the beautiful private sandy beach. We could ride our bikes down to get fresh lobster and stone crab claws. The high speed internet was great as I could work from there, though it was hard to concentrate with the beautiful view of the ocean and bay from the loft bedroom I used as an office. The sheltered outdoor bar with TV, pool table and refrigerator is a great place to hang-out or entertain. There is also a patio with a hot-tub. The hammock hanging between two palm trees is another great place to relax. We would highly recommend this place!!!!!
