Amazing views, and just enough to do for our 11 year old to stay busy. Quite relaxing and the location was just perfect for our needs. Hudson beach is a quick drive if you don’t want to utilize the private beach at the property or swimming pool. All of the owners that we met were very pleasant and talkative. Owner was extremely responsive if we needed to communicate. We had a fabulous stay and will be back!!!

The view is spectacular. The property and small area alongside the water to walk is so peaceful and beautiful. Only thing i have to say there were little itty bitty bugs nesting in kuerig and didnt realize it until after first cup of coffee was drank. Ugh. Then found them on thr counter top where keurig was. Just a freak occurrence i believe due to not being used and possibly dried maybe, other than that i 100% would recommend this place

The property is in a great location and very quiet. Away from traffic but there are some local restaurants nearby and grocery store if needed. The beach area is very small. We would stay here again.

Enjoyed the views, very quiet area. The swimming pool was closed for our entire stay. Booking for us anywhere has alot to do with the pool at the facility.

I have stayed in this neighborhood multiple times, this condo was perfect for our occasion! Beautiful views, easy check in and check out, owners responsive and kind! Would definitely recommend!!

Our favorite weekend getaway! Even though it’s very close to home, we enjoy our stay because it feels like we’re far away in an exotic location. The view and the amenities are just what we need to relax and enjoy our time. This time we enjoyed an afternoon in Crystal River with a scenic boat ride from The Plantation Adventure Center followed by a delicious fresh shrimp meal at The Freezer in Homosassa. Plenty of other local restaurants to choose from, too. The condo was comfortable, well-stocked and clean. Communication with the owner was top notch and we would definitely rent from them again.

You can’t beat the view. The pool is fabulous. The kitchen was well equipped. The coffee maker is a Kuerig. We found the bed uncomfortable. We also had a loud neighbor who conducted counseling sessions all day on the balcony. I can not fault the owners but it was very annoying. There’s a Walmart super close. We saw dolphins in the lagoon and the sunsets were breathtaking.

Master bed not very comfortable due to firm mattress and slippery sheets. Noise from various contractors throughout the building.
Main tv erratic performance and lack of internet tv very frustrating as we are no longer used to watching commercials.

Property was clean and presented as advertised. Hosts were accessible and very pleasant to work with. Other property owners and guests of the condos were very friendly and welcoming. Enjoyed the pool and pickleball.

Pros: host was very accommodating and communication was great. Very clean. Nice that start-up essicentiels were provided ie paper plates, dish soap, toilet paper. Great location. Nice view. Shopping cart available for use.
Cons: although properly stated, I didn’t think about the need of walk-in shower for my mom and the chairs are bar height which was also difficult. We made due with getting a tv tray and her sitting on couch.
All in all great value and host was amazingly friendly! Thank you !

Overall the condo was great. We loved the location. Very cool area with lots to see and do yet quiet enough to chill and relax. Pool was amazing. The condo could use a few updates but overall we loved it!

We rented the condo over the Christmas weekend. The wind was howling and there were record breaking lows. As we were not able to be outside, we left the next day. I would definitely go back under better circumstances..

The condo was cozy and comfortable. The view was beautiful. It was a perfect place to relax and enjoy our vacation. There were many good restaurants nearby and even a British grocery store, which we loved. We would definitely come back.

Only 2 positives here, the view and the pool. Otherwise outdated in need of several repairs and equipped very well. Also we got damage insurance and they filed a false claim against us to replace a old worn out sofa. I called the first day to report problems but did not return my call. Not a good experience.

Will do it again. Very smooth process . Nice 2 bedroom, excellent view of water n sunsets n sunrise if you get up early enough. Also an amazing salt water pool. Great restaurants near by and a relaxing place also.

If your looking to get-away from the city and enjoy a nice view this is a great place to stay. We had a wonderful time everything we expected nice and quite. The view was amazing the lagoon had a little walk way if you want a different scenery. The owner was quick to respond and also check-up on us we truly appreciate that they took the time to do that.The pool was nice one of best pool we've been too. Everyone around was nice and the staff was very friendly. We will definitely book again in the future.

Non tourist stay
Hudson is a quiet community and away from all the tourist. Most beaches are 30 mins away- We enjoyed exploring and only 40 mins away from Clearwater.

Truly enjoyed our stay at this property. The condo was very quaint, had everything we needed and awesome views from the balcony!!! Really enjoyed having a pool to take a dip and cool off. We did have some difficulties with opening/closing the sliders to the balcony...very heavy. Otherwise... had a wonderful stay!!!
