The property was beautiful! The elevator was a big help for my disabled daughter and elderly mother. The house was equipped with everything you needed. The owner was very helpful and attentive.

Beach Block Home was absolutely perfect for my family get together. The location in Ocean City, made it easy for my Connecticut daughter and Maryland son to join us. From the moment we arrived from Florida, I knew all would be great. My husband is handicapped and has little use of his legs. The elevator made access to all the floors of the home, manageable for him. It also helped me. I did not have to carry suitcases and groceries up several flights of stairs. The number of bedrooms and baths was wonderful as it gave everyone space. I appreciated the televisions and the variety of channels. We did have a bit of rain and between the games and the programs on the TV, no one complained. The home was stocked with spices and pots and pans so cooking was a breeze. My only concern is the bath tub. It probably needs re-caulking as there is some discoloration. It was important to have it as my grandchildren who are two and four needed to use it. An important asset and I was thankful it was there. Your home made our Thanksgiving 2023 Reunion happen and I thank you from the bottom of my heart.

We were 6 adults and had a perfect amount of room for everyone. Home was beautiful and the elevator was very handy. Right in the heart of everything Ocean City. Wonderful

My friends and I had an awesome time staying at this beautiful house in Ocean City. There were 8 of us celebrating a 70th birthday. There was plenty of room for us to spread out. The beds were very comfortable and we appreciated the linen service. We didn’t do any cooking but it looked like everything was provided if you wanted to. The house was close to everything, a block to the beach and boardwalk and a few blocks to plenty of shopping. The elevator made checkin and checkout so much easier. The hosts were always available to answer any questions. I would highly recommend this property and the others owned by the hosts. We stayed at one of their other properties two years ago and it was equally beautiful.

We truly enjoyed our time at this property! Three families stayed there and we were very comfortable, the place was clean and nice. The owners were great communicators, and super responsive when we needed something. The location cannot be beat, we were so close to the beach/boardwalk, the restaurants, and the grocery store. It was a great experience overall.

Do not hesitate to book this property for your next vacation. I do too much research before deciding where to book a stay and this one did not disappoint. You cannot beat the location since it is a 1-2 minute walk to the boardwalk and beach. The street the house is on is also right in the middle of the boardwalk so you dont have to walk far to get most places. It’s also a quick walk to Asbury Ave where all the shops and restaurants are. Although the street in front of the house is pretty busy, you would never know when youre inside of the house. It is very quiet. Bonus: the house is right across the street from an amazing breakfast place called Augie’s. The elevator that goes to every level is amazing for moving all of your luggage especially when you have little kids too. The rooms are spacious and there are a ton of bathrooms so showering after the beach is never an issue. This place has it all.

The property was excellent! Beautiful home in a perfect location! Close to everything. Owners were great to work with. Very quick to respond to questions before and during our stay. They even checked in a few times throughout our stay!

Our family of 10 spent a week at this house, and couldn’t be happier. The inside is adorable and clean, there are plenty of bathrooms, and 2 primary bedrooms. Our group had more than enough beds. It’s stocked with everything you need, including beach towels, tags, toys, and a cart to carry everything to the beach. Best part; practically everything was within walking distance! The owners have been wonderful, answering all of my questions quickly. They’re extremely accommodating! Last of all, having 3 parking spaces was a must for us. This is an A+ accommodation.

Enjoyed our now annual extended stay in OCNJ just before the summer when the water is still chilly and things are starting to open up for the busy season. Owners were very responsive and accommodating to our pre-arrival extra night addition and later check-out request. This home had everything we needed to get away for a bit with entertainment options for all. Garage is a tight squeeze, but not a problem if you take your time. It is situated near beach parking lots so car and foot traffic can get noisy, but overall great location steps away from the boardwalk. Some of the balcony furniture is now different from pictured and bistro set is no longer there, but outside deck(s) still offer plenty of comfortable space to relax. The home is well maintained with high quality décor and furnishings, so we were disappointed to find stains on the couch (likely from wet bathing suits) and in the low quality of linens and pillows provided. We also arrived to some necessary surface cleaning that was missed after their recent touch-up painting. Overall we very much enjoyed our stay and would recommend this home for your family vacation!

My family and I took a trip to visit family and show our kids what we used to visit and do as children. The house was extremely close to the beach. The kids loved the beach, boardwalk, arcade, the pizzas, shopping, sunsets, that are all a walking distance from the home. The owners were always quick to respond with any questions. Everyone had a great time and my youngest kids words, the trip was amazing !

We had a wonderful time, and this was the perfect place to do so. We are a group of friends who first met over 50 years ago in Okinawa, Japan. We all lived there because the men were on active duty in the Air Force. We spent a minimum of 2 1/2 years there, far from family and friends. As a result, we all became close friends, so every couple of years, we get together somewhere to renew our friendships. This year it was our turn to host. Our guests were from all over: California, Arizona, Texas, New York, and Tennessee. We had a wonderful time, and for most of them, this was their first trip to New Jersey and to Ocean City, and they loved it! Kimberly and Steve's property was perfect, and everyone enjoyed it. So much space and so beautifully decorated, less than a block from the boardwalk and with everything we needed to enjoy a week at the shore. This property was perfect for all those flying in, since they didn't have to worry about bringing a lot!! Our family spent a week last year in another of Kimberly and Steve's properties which was next door to this rental, and it was just as nice. However, this year's has an elevator which was perfect for our older, but still active group. Kimberly and Steve are the best, and they are never too busy to answer the phone or reply to a message. Everything is easy! We can't imagine how anyone could have a bad time in this beautiful and well equipped rental. We are so happy we found a week that it was free. I can't imagine they have many! Pictures do not do this property justice. The attention the detail from the decorations to the linens and towels were wonderful. That said having towels and linens provided were perfect and so convenient. The owners were wonderful to deal with, the entire process from start to finish was great! Would rent from them again in a heartbeat!

Our family and our best friends (second family) stayed here for a week and loved every minute. The property was very clean, the elevator came in handy and you cannot beat the location! We had 5 adults, one teen and one toddler and still had plenty of space. I absolutely would highly recommend this property.

Kim and Steve have done a wonderful job with this property. It's location is perfect - just 1 block from the Boardwalk and beach. The property is perfectly laid out with lots of space to relax including 3 balconies. There is even an elevator to make toting luggage much easier. Finally, Kim and Steve are so prompt in responding to any question you may have. We would definitely stay there again.

Our family really enjoyed our time in OCNJ! Beautifully decorated and ample space for joyous Mother's Day weekend. Parking is a little difficult but no complaints otherwise.

Celebrated family reunion and 70th birthday weekend with family of all ages. The elevator was a game changer and enabled the entire family to be present. The condo was clean and decorated beautifully with beachy feel and cool crisp colors. Tons of games for the kiddos. Open floor plan let us all be together at the same time. Tons of blankets and the most comfortable bed! Kitchen had all the utensils and cooking items you could need. Highly recommend this unit! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
