From the moment we walked in the gentleman at the reception was every so friendly and very helpful considering also we had a very late arrival.. and welcomed us with a lovely smile.

The location of the hotel is amazing. Very nice views from the 3rd floor. Paolo at the reception is a very nice welcoming host!

- The room we had was not clean enough - The staff at the breakfast were not polite. The lady who was in charge had a bad attitute and was looking angry and impatient when we were asking her what to serve us from the buffet.

Great location and lovely staff. Alex even helped us book a restaurant. The view at breakfast was amazing too!

The only thing I can say is the twins beds were quite small for tall people.

- Great location (close to the historical centre, restaurants&shops and not too far from the central station); - Clean room (as well as the property overall); - Complimentary water in the room; - The mini fridge in the room is a plus; - Wonderful rooftop terrace with a view (it is also the place where the breakfast is served); - Nice sea view from the room also; - The hosts are very kind and helpful; - Smart TV in the room.

- The furniture in the room was pretty worn-out, the walls were stained in many spots; - The pillows were uncomfortable; - The doors of the rooms make loud noise; - Although we appreciated the quality of the products served at breakfast, it was not diversified enough.

Very poor breakfast. Not self service. Unfriendly ladies serving you. Very poor TV channels. When we complained they said we are just a B&B. We were charged 225 euros for a " suite". They call it a suite because there is a low wall in the middle of the room and a bed behind it !!!!

Everything except the view !!! But mostly unfriendly people , very poor breakfast , very poor wifi, uncomfortable beds, terrible pillows.

The attitude of the main receptionist - son of the owner - was as we where unwanted. The check in was alowed only after 15:30 because till then the owners are on rest. The breakfast was nice but nit enough different optiobs. Though the breakfast was served as selfservice tge staff did not let you take tge food by yourself which

The breakfast was nice but not enough different options (no eggs,no fruit, no pate). Though the breakfast was served as selfservice, the staff did not let you take the food by yourself. Unfortunatelly it felt like we should finish with the breakfast as soon as possible because for anything you wanted you should ask. The TV in the room was miniature - A4 format landscape. There was no wifi in the dining (breakfast) area. All in all dissappointed with the service.

Paolo is the best, such a warm welcome! He gave us all the info we needed to do for a one night stay - nice new and clean rooms with aircon - location is superb! Walking by the famous bridge you need at max. 5min to go to the old town - the breakfast is absolutely amazing (when you are in love with a sweet one) - pastries and yogurt made by the owners aunt and cousin, nothing more to say

- nothing about the b&b if you arrive early you’ll get one of the free lots to park right around of the hotel, however we arrived at about 19:00, and had to pay about 6€

Location from the balcony

disappointed, a huge regret with the choice that we have been made to book this B&B. Paid too much but what we got only room without anything make our stay comfortable. You will feel the spring touching your tiring body, the pillows that has been using for 1000 nights, and never think to change them, an old micro TV and the plastic glass (????). We felt like, we’re staying in the cheap motel and felt so bad about it. The cleaning and communication would be the big issues here. Dusty, broken things, unable close trash bin & we are afraid that they didn’t change the duvet from one to each check out - sure not disinfectant everywhere. because we’re cleaning all the dust and fingerprint on the remote, bed and tables. The parking will be not in the neighbourhood (800m away from property) not handy and we couldn’t reach the contact person on the phone nor messages when we can’t find the parking area again (was around 21:30).

Malu is more a small hotel, not really B&B. The room had a splendid view but outdated bathroom and some moisture on the walls. Too expensive, not worth the price we paid compared to the other B&B's we did during our road trip.
