We were thrilled to see and use the rope tow within 20 steps taking us to the mountain base. This condo was comfortable, clean and well stocked with towels and kitchen items. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which for a family of 6 adults was nice. Communication with the owner/manager was quick and thorough. Great place!

Quite a nice place. Very well equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds with good mattresses and pillows (rarely do we get those). Our rented Ford Expedition fit inside the garage, removing the need to ever use an ice scraper while here. There is a palma lift about a 500-ft walk away from this condo, which you can ride without lift ticket, then ski down to the main base and purchase a lift ticket - very convenient. At the end of the day, you can ski down even closer - to within about 100-ft of the condo. The 7:45am sunrise views through the pine tree covered ridge to the east as we viewed from the dining room window were stunning. Manager, Ian, was responsive thru our VRBO messaging and helpful with our questions. We had no issues that needed any attention - and we would/will stay here again.

Every year, my ski group says we're going to do ski in/ski out but we never have.... until this year. The condo was awesome. Having the 4 bathrooms was amazing for our group of 5. Plus everyone had an actual bed. Beds were comfy and came with a lot of extra pillows and blankets. The location was perfect. It was a block walk up to the surface lift and you could truly ski back to the condo. The walk up to the village was super manageable at under .5 miles. Ian, our host, was super responsive and gave us a great ski rental recommendation for Lone Mountain Sports. We will definitely be back if we come back to Big Sky.

This property is perfect for a ski vacation at Big Sky. With a garage, 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a big mudroom, a wood-burning fireplace, and essentially ski-in/out, this place is tough to beat.

Booked this condo for location, but pleasantly surprised upon arrival. Pictures seemed dark and wasnt sure what to expect but agree with reviews clean place, amazing location to poma lift! Would stay here again.

Very clean, well equipped and comfortable home from home. Perfect location one minute's walk from Poma lift, and for any snowboarders who don't fancy the surface lift (like me!) the walk to the village only takes a few minutes longer. (We had amazing snow - but I can't give Ian the credit for that!)

We were very pleased with our Big Sky visit. The Big Horn condo was larger than it looked in the photos, and it is a relatively easy walk to the Poma surface lift, which provides very easy access to the main lifts, and the rest of the ski slopes. Then at the end of the day you can ride down the Sliverknife trail, right back to the Poma lift and trail, and then to the condo, skiing almost all the way to the front door, not quite ski-in/out, but close, and very convenient in general. The condo was well equipped with many of the items one might need for a great ski week, and there is a nearby market if anything is needed. Overall we would love to rent this condo again.

Our stay in the Big Horn condo was clean, comfortable and the location to Poma lift and Mountain Village was first class. Our group enjoyed the accommodations and would come again!

We had a wonderful week at Big Sky. This 3 bedroom condo was the perfect size for our family of 6. It is well appointed with everything our family needed to eat and be comfortable the entire week. The very best part of this space is the location. We walked to the poma lift every morning and skiied home. The poma is very close to the base so we were at the main lifts less than 5 minutes from walking out the door. We also walked to the base for rentals and to the small market at the base for milk. The only thing it was lacking was a hair dryer. I would definitely return and rent from Ian again.

Our group of 5 adults (1 couple and 3 single men) found this unit to be a comfortable place to stay for a week. All needs were met with the furnishings and equipment Ian has provided in his home. Communication could not be easier with all questions promptly responded to. Poma lift not far from the door made it easy to connect with our larger group staying at the Huntley. Conflicting reports on the hours of operations were the only negative worth noting but that's on Big Sky. So, if you want more of a home environment than the hotel this is a very good alternative. Thank you Ian!!!

This is a lovely,clean and well maintained condo. The location is super convenient only about 4 condos away from the poma lift in the morning and a use trail takes you across the street on return in the afternoon. The kitchen is very well supplied it had everything we needed to cook breakfasts and dinners for our group of 5. Lovely fireplace with plenty of dry wood stacked in the garage. And, there is a washer/dryer in the unit

4 adults here for the ski season. The location is close to the village and access to the slopes. Arrived to a clean, well appointed and very comfortable condo. Everything we could have wanted - including a garage for our SUV - was available. Quality linens and towels. Front porch and driveway was shoveled every morning. Thank you! Enclosed and heated entry/mud room for our boots and skis kept the snow out of the condo. Plenty of wood for the fireplace. Everything in working order. Owner responded immediately to our questions and made our departure super easy. One of the best condos we have used. Will definitely stay again!

Nice location, 100 yards from poma lift, great view of the mountain from this end unit. Everything was as described. Received timely responses from the owner who also handled a scheduling conflict without any issues or problems for us. We would stay there again when we return to Big Sky. Best snow and skiing we've had for a while. Although they say they are only 23% intermediate, it is so big that there are more intermediate runs than most everywhere else. Only wish there was a hot tub available.

Our family was here in early March. Plenty of room for the six of us. Great location on the mountain for skiing. Easy access to the slopes. Well stocked kitchen. Crockpot and Keurig coffee maker. Short walk in the evening for shopping and dining. We will stay here again.

This condo has 3 bedrooms and was very clean. It was a few hundred feet from a Poma lift that got you to the Village Lifts. It was very easy to ski back very close to the condo. We enjoiyed our stay. We had a minor problem with the garage door and the owner fixed it the same day.

Fully stocked kitchen let us make a spaghetti dinner for 11. There were enough plates, utensils, wine glasses and cook pots to handle it easily. Full fridge and dishwasher really helped, not to mention the washing machine and dryer. The fireplace worked well and Ian keeps a good supply of dry firewood in the garage. Bedrooms were large, beds were comfy. It was a short walk to the poma lift that takes you to main slopes where you ski down to the Ram Challenger and Swift Current lifts that give you access to the entire mountain. At the end of the day, you ski down the Silver Knife trail from the Ram Challenger lift, take a right onto the Poma trail, then you can ski past the bottom of the Poma to directly opposite the Condo #8. Not quite ski on/ski off but pretty close. Ian was a bit new to HomeAway when we booked and accidentally double booked our last day. To compensate us he put us up at the slopeside Shoshone Condo, comped us a free breakfast there (which was very good) and paid for our dinners at the "Cabin Grill" which was very good. I highly recommend the Elk steak. The family loved our stay at Powder Heaven.

We had amazing stay at this condo! The location was fantastic and truly almost ski to door via the pomma lift. Ian was very welcoming and accommodating. Definitely will check availability next time we travel to Big Sky!

Our group of 4 had a great time staying in Powder Heaven. The condo is a few steps from a POMA lift that takes you directly to the main base in the Mountain Village. The condo itself is roomy and clean. Overall we had a great time at Big Sky and we would definitely stay in Powder Heaven again.
