Good location Clean unit, but could not get rid of musty smell. Hallway outside unit was not clean, also smelled. Screen in bedroom had hole in it. Fan/light in living room was hanging down. Bathroon hand held shower head did not hang up. Overall did not meet our expectstions

We throughly enjoyed our 5 night stay! The location is absolutely perfect. We were able to walk or ride bikes to the beach and to breakfast every morning. We enjoyed being so close to piggly wiggly and coligny plaza. The condo was the perfect size for a small family and we loved all the ceiling fans that helped cut down on the humidity in the afternoons. There were just a few minor maintenance concerns, the front door was really loud and could use a bit of wd40. The patio door didn’t lock but it did have a metal bar to put down to prevent it from being opened from the outside and the shower head in the “kids” bathroom is super short, I’m 5’5 and had to duck to wash my hair and the 2nd shower head on the hose did not fit into the holder so it just dangled on the ground. Otherwise our stay was great and we would definitely stay again in the future!

I've never stayed in Hilton Head, but this property was in walking distance to so many fantastic restaurants. You could hear the waves from the beach, and a grocery store was 2 minutes away. Loved this area!!

Bedrooms and baths were too small, had to put on socks and shoes in the living room, couldn't get TV to work. Didn't like doing my own housekeeping (especially at cost to stay there). I'm 86 yrs. old and my wife is 84 - we had a very difficult time handling the stairways. I shall not return.

Outstanding! Very well stocked kitchen (owner must like thrifting like I do 😂) The 2nd room is set up for kids but we made it work! The shower head was really low (for kids) The master bedroom was perfect with a beautiful bathroom! The only recommendation I have is to add dressers in each room for more storage! Otherwise awesome!

We have stayed in many and this one tops them all! Great hosts, perfect location, well stocked and quiet location! We LOVED our stay! If I could give 10 stars I would!

Had a great stay in HH! Super convenient to Coligny Beach, Shopping, and Piggly Wiggly. Owner is exceptionally kind, quick response to questions. Condo has everything you need for a great vaca!

The location was ideal. A short walking distance to the beach, shops, restaurants, grocery store.

Awesome location! It is walking distance to the Coligney outdoor shopping area and Piggly Wiggly. The condo was also very comfortable for either two couples or a small family. Very clean and easy check in!

The area around was beautiful but probably will not stay here again . I travel to HHI 2-3 times a year and have stayed in many condos. The cleanliness at this condo was not what it should of been. There was dust all around the baseboards, the return vent in the kitchen/ TV room was covered with dirt. I did not know the air conditioner was located on the deck.When it turned on , you could not here the other person talking. They did not show that in the pictures. It was sitting in a plastic container of dirty water . The unit was small for a 2 bedroom/ 2 bath. However the bedroom and bathroom decor was cute and nice. The swimming pool area was pretty.

Very updated, great location and well stocked with towels and needed supplies! Definitely will return!

Easy and relaxing

We arrived on 7/31 after 3pm as the email stated. Cleaning wasn’t done. Contacted the owner he argued with us stating we weren’t supposed to be allowed in until after 4. We waited until 4. Still not cleaned. He told us he would refund the cleaning fee. There are holes in the ceiling. Stained mattresses, stained pillows, dirt in the corners, hasn’t been dusted, bugs in the light fixtures and roaches!!! Not palmetto bugs, roaches. Moldy shower curtains. The place hasn’t been exterminated since 3/2020 and it smells very musty. I have pictures to prove all the above.

We arrived and the condo was not clean yet. We waited and finally went across the street to buy cleaning supplies. We did call and were told they would check on it. I never heard from them again. We had cleaned the kitchen and bathrooms by the time the cleaning crew arrived. It is an excellent location, but the condo could use a few more storage options like a pantry cabinet or even a dresser in either bedroom. There were also some things that should have been there like a tea pitcher, measuring cups and grilling utensils. Master bedroom was comfortable for two adults. It could use a little TLC and a towel bar in the master bathroom would help a lot. I would also suggest bringing some cheap rugs with you to keep the sand from spreading everywhere. It could also use a deep cleaning.

Overall we loved the room. There was plenty of sleeping space, 2 full baths. Only complaint was our room was not ready when we arrived. We called manager and they told us cleaning crew was on the way. This was around 4 pm. It was after 8 pm before we could check in and unload. Housekeeping was extremely short staffed that day do to call ins. It was an unavoidable situation and we took our chairs and sat on the beach. I have stayed at this same complex many times over past 20 plus years and usually rent directly from owners. If you want to be near coligny area it is a great location with short walk to beach and grocery store, shops and restaurants across the street. I would definitely stay again.

Very Clean Condo. Easy walk to beach, groceries, restaurants, Ice Cream & gift shops. Would definitely stay there again. Amazing, easily sleeps 7.

Overall excellent place to spend with family

Great location. Clean. Super close to shops at Coligny. Beach was a short, easy, 3 block walk. No elevator for second level so if anyone in your party is disabled this may prove difficult. Would rent here again. Host was responsive and helpful.

Great accommodations for a relatively short visit (3 nights). Walking distance to public beach. Nice to have grocery store just across the street.

We were quite pleased with the condo/property although felt it was a bit over priced and we had problems with two of three TVs in the unit.

My family and I were scheduled to stay at Aji's condo over the Labor Day Weekend. Prior to our trip I spoke with Aji a few times and he was very friendly and willing to answer any questions that I had. Unfortunately, Hurricane Dorian was developing and we were unable to travel due to safety concerns. Although, I had purchased travel insurance, Aji reached out to me and said that he would refund my entire payment. As a busy wife and mom of three I was extremely grateful because of his understanding and the time that he saved me. It is quite a process to submit necessary paperwork and documentation for an insurance claim! I will definitely book again in the future and would highly recommend this rental because it is just so nice to know that the owner is flexible, understanding, and willing to accommodate guests, particularly when situations are beyond their control.

Needs major cleaning! We had roaches when we woke up the first morning on the kitchen counter.

While the location was fantastic, the property was less than desirable for a weeks stay. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, as were the sheets. The “master” bedroom had poor air flow and we couldn’t cool it down no matter how hard we tried. Our visit was fine for the first few days but by the end of the week our bodies ached and we were ready for home. The condo is made to look nice in photos but wear and tear of use is apparent. The property could use some upkeep and maintenance.

Great location in Hilton Head. Only a 5 minute walk to the beach. Close to grocery store, shopping, and restaurants. We never even needed our car. The condo was clean and looked like the pictures. Pool was great. Pros: location and price. We were also provided toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, and even laundry soap. I’ve never rented a condo that provided enough of these essentials for the week. Cons: condo could use some dressers and towel racks. We didn’t really cook a lot but the kitchen did have pots and pans, plates, etc. Overall, I would rent this property again. It was super cheap and clean.

The greatest asset of this condo is how close it is to the beach and Coligny. It has a nice sized pool that is shared. It did accommodate the 6 of us fine (4 teenagers), but we did not spend much time inside except to eat/sleep/shower. If we would've has a lot of bad weather it would've gotten a little cramped but we knew the size as stated and were not surprised. Overall we do feel it was decent accommodations for a very fair price.

Beautifully laid out condo near the beach, shops and more! Just across the street was the grocery store. Within a block were many restaurants, Ice Cream shops, & boutiques. The beach was about a block and a half- complete with shade gazebos, restrooms and changing/shower areas. Pool on the premises looked inviting, but the week we stayed was cold. We would definitely stay here again!

The condo was nice and the place had been fixed up very nice but the weather was far from good, rain and cold and no pool made it lacking in wahat we were looking for.

Big disappointment. We didn't stay because it was gross upon arrival. Not cleaned before we arrived after our long journey to vacation. Couldn't even get into unit because of wrong code. We had the hardest time finding an available place to stay because of such short notice. We could not stay in unit because of filth. This made our first night very tiring and stressful. We will not use this rental again.
