Right at the beach Time stops - you do nothing but beach and food. There was plenty of room at the beach but not sure how it would be in high season.

Room (studio) had tile flooring instead of laminate. Snack bar between lunch and dinner is quite limited - meat, fries, pizza slice. Included alcohol was subpar.

Very Clean and food was soo good. The staff was kind and friendly! High recommend 👌

The staff is fantastic. Very warm, nice and kind. All the personnel are keen to fulfill the clients needs and expectations. Food is tasty and varied and rooms are clean and tidy.

The hotel beaches are a bit too crowded in the middle of the summer season.

We enjoied the private beach, swimming pool, and our junior suite was nice, with seaview. We managed to organise a surprise cake for my husbands birthday, the staff was helpfull and nice. Regarding food we enjoied the pancackes and the grill.

One of the reasons we choose this place was the playground and unfortunately the playground was not ok, it was a terrible smell inside and it was not clean Also there were times when we could not find a place to sit during lunch or dinner, and this is not ok for a 4* hotel. The food was not great, besides the grilled meals very few options and a lot like fastfood. Also a lot of stuff members were not great english speakers, and in my opinion this is a must in a 4* hotel.

The best thing is the location on the beach. You can't get a better location then this. We stayed in the main building in a Studio room and it was more then perfect, the bed, the space and the view from the balcony. The food was very tasty and diversified. We ate ice cream all day :) The beach bar is a welcomed addition.

The only part that we saw as being an inconvenience was the way that the restaurant was organised because not all the tourists could eat at the same time because there aren't enough tables.

Nice beaches and landscapes, good food. Friendly staff. Clean room and towels change almost every day. Fridge in the room. Overall a good experience.

.Children playgrounds outdoor and indoor need repairs and the safety hazards need to be taken care. (indoor power plugs out of the wall, etc) On the room balcony the heat exchanger produced a lot of heat and you had no shade. It was impossible to stay and chill when the child is sleeping in the room. The "reserved" sunbeds on the beach. The management needs to find a solution for this, maybe each room to have a designated place with sunbeds on the beach with its room number...

The food was good and diverse, the room was spacious and clean, the towels were changed every day, the sea entrance and the sand were nice.

The parking lot, the restaurant and the beach were way too small. The outdoor children playgrounds were old and the inside one had a strange smell. There weren't any activities for children nor adults. The pool is placed in the middle of the terrace between the tables.

Seaview is great , but all the rest just puts it in the shadow.

We were supposed to stay for five nights, but decided to leave after three.The place is a a health hazard. Housekeeping is a joke. They just mop around the dirt daily, without vacuuming. We had an ant invasion, although staying on the third floor, that we dealt ourselves with. The dead ants were still on the floor two days afterwards, when we decided to leave.The bathroom stank of urine. I don't think they sanitize the toilets. The smell started to wear off on the third day, after we cleaned the toilets seat ourselves. The main pool is located in the middle of the restaurant. I never saw them cleaning it in three days and it was fool of sand on the bottom. Once I saw one employe throwing some white powder in the pool(chlorine?) from a coffe pot...I think it's the only way that pool is sanitized. The secondary pool is even worse, fool of dead insects, bits of wood and and the stair going into is broken. The food choice is very limited. They don't have any properly cooked meals. There are just things that you take out of the freezer and deepfry or boil. Freshly cut vegetables are not very fresh... The way from the kitchen to the restaurant goes through the main hall, so You can see and smell all that goes around in the kitchen when going to your room and intersect with employees carrying food or dirty dishes..I don't think that is agreeing the hygene policies for restaurants... We were going to pass by all that because of the view, but one thing was just really annoying. We had an apartment with sea view located above the restaurant. The smell from the kitchen comes to the rooms, but the constant noise of the chairs screatching on the floors that you can hear even with all windows closed from 6 in the morning when employees clean the tables and move all the chairs around, untill 11 PM when they rearange the place is what made up our minds to leave.

We had a beautiful view over the sea from the main building. The studio with balcony and sea view (2 adults + 1 child) had large rooms and large balconies. Most of the staff was polite.

Overcrowded food court. Some food, I couldn't realise wich one, gave me a rash for the entire stay. Pool squezeed between the tables, impossible to use during meals. Full of ants, even at fourth floor, but that is probably due to those who bring food in the rooms. The guests were allowed to keep the sunbeds occupied overnight, by leaving their towels on them. Nobody seemed to care, except those less fortunate (like us), who could only find free sunbeds in an area further from the sea.
