Simply wonderful! Everything in the apartment was nice: the internal space, equiment…and most of all the terrace with the view!! A place, for sure, to be back.

The balcony view was amazing! Felt a shame to leave it. Only a few steps and you could have a sea dip. The neighbourhood was so charming; it was lovely to see families together by the sea and see the community spirit. The apartment was very clean and they had thought of everything to supply- which made a huge difference. Pat was lovely and helpful. Couldn’t fault it. X

This place was awesome and stocked really well for a family to spend a week. Communication with Pat was really great and easy, the location on the water is awesome. Would recommend this to anyone and would stay again if in the area.

An appartement with a great view over Mellieha bay, more than fully equipped with lots of space. You can go swimming and snorkeling right across the street - getting into the water is a bit tricky here but it is definitely worth it. Beach is 15 mins walk away, 3 good restaurants even closer. We stayed there with 2 adults and 2 kids for 8 days and really loved it. Pat and her son were very kind and helpful. They even brought us 2 power adapters since we did not realize the different power plugs before. Summary: highly recommended.

The apartment lives up to expectations and more, so comfortable and you have use of everything you need including, fully equipped kitchen, washer, tv if you want, comfortable chairs and couches, ceiling fans, details such as wall chargers for your phone and flippers for swimming, and best of all the terrace/balcony right in front of the water. Thank you so much for having us!

The location and views from this apartment were amazing. We enjoyed a gorgeous sunset most evenings and the apartment was very spacious and easily accommodated 6 people. There were lots of personal and thoughtful touches which made it feel like a home from home. The location was brilliant for accessing most of the main tourist sites in Malta and only half an hour from the airport. Would highly recommend for anyone who wants to stay somewhere that's quiet, outside of the tourist throng and enjoy a breathtaking view. Great for families with young children too. My kids spent hours climbing on the rocks outside the apartment. Its a very special place.

We really enjoed our stay in April 2019 in the appartment. Plenty of space, nice view and very nice hosts with easy and fast communication. Appartment is close to the bus stop and nice beaches.

Das Apartment liegt sehr schön am Meer, wie auf den Fotos zu sehen. Supermarkt und Restaurants sind in direkter Nähe. Das Treffen mit Pat bei der Ankunft hat super geklappt, die Wohnung ist wirklich geräumig und schön eingerichtet und alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Danke auch dass der Kühlschrank schon gefüllt war und dass Grundnahrungsmittel wie Zucker, Salz, Gewürze, Essig, Öl vorhanden waren. Leider konnten wir den schönen Balkon nur wenig nutzen, da es abends doch etwas kühl war und die Sonne nur ca. 1 Stunde auf den Balkon gescheint hat (so von 17-18 Uhr). Zum Heizen gibt es mobile Elektro- und Gas-Geräte, sowie mehrere kleine Heizlüfter. Trotzdem haben wir es nicht richtig kuschelig bekommen. Also wer im Winter reist, sollte genügend warme Pullis und Socken mitbringen :-) Auf jeden Fall hatten wir eine sehr schöne Zeit und können das Moll Apartment unbedingt weiter empfehlen.

The property was extremely well equipped and very comfortable. It was located in a beautiful position overlooking the bay. The owners met us on arrival and ensured we had provisions and also told us where to shop for food. We would certainly stay again.

This apartment beats all others for being equipped with EVERYTHING you need . It was as if we actually lived there already . The view is wonderful but unfortunately there was no sun on the front when we were there in November , perhaps it gets sun at other times of the year ? We had sun all day on the small balcony at the back . The property is huge and very clean . Could easily take 6 adults and still have a degree of privacy . There were only 2 of us so we had loads of space . The neighbors were friendly and it was in a very quiet location but only a few meters from shops and restaurants. We would recommend ‘Munchies ‘ to have dinner overlooking the bay .. don’t let the name put you off . It really is nice . I am glad we picked this apartment and this quieter part of the island , we could travel all over and come back to a high class comfortable home from home .

Parking was not a problem despite there being a Festa when we arrived. The apartment was also a great size so plenty of room for everyone. Public transport was excellent too so there was no need to use the car a lot. There is quite a steep hill to the town 35min walk but plenty of buses a few minutes walk away from apartment.

In January 2018 we were looking for a 2 week escape from the English winter and certainly found it here. The apartment is like home from home with all the facilities you might want.If you want to stay in doors for a while and just enjoy the views etc - no problem. And even out of season If you want to go out and eat at local family style restaurants - no problem. We did both. The owners couldn't have been more helpful: organising transport from the airport, showing us around upon arrival, on the end of a telephone to answer questions etc Although it want really necessary, Fearful that the weather might get cold the owner provided heaters in all rooms extra blankets towels etc.

We have stayed in many good apartments, however Moll apartment is the best by far. Exceptionally well equipped: the extensive welcome pack was a real bonus for the start of the holiday. The owners were also very attentive - answering emails prior to our visit promptly, giving good suggestions. We cannot recommend this apartment highly enough - it was superb.

There was everything we needed for a lovely relaxing time and the views from the apartment are superb! It is absolutely wonderful to sit on the beautiful balcony and relax. It is very well situated for the supermarket, bars and restuaurants.

Malte est un univers très touristique et urbanisé. Ici nous avons trouvé un cadre idéal avec une vue imprenable. Par la grande baie et la terrasse nous avons profité d'un spectacle continuel depuis le lever du soleil jusqu'au coucher. Il n'y a pas de building qui dégrade le paysage. On descend 1 niveau par un escalier privatif, traverse une petite rue sans circulation et nous pouvons nous baigner dans une eau limpide à 24 degrés. C'est un plaisir. L'appartement est spacieux, clair et bien aménagé en deux parties indépendantes avec chacune leur salle de bain. L'équipement général est complet. Le séjour donne sur la grande terrasse avec un mobilier moderne, si bien que l'on profite de la vue toute la journée. De plus l''accueil d'Alexandra est chaleureux et elle se met à notre disposition pour pour nous rendre service. Venez à cet endroit vous ne serez pas Déçu. Yves Korbendau

As already described there is lack of the sun on the balcony which should be no problem in the summer. We used the TV only once but there are also english speaking channels. The apartment is child-friendly set up and very quiet. We just say: Thank You !

Attentive owners who organised airport transfers and a coffee percolated for my Mum. The only negative from our perspective was the lack of the sun on the balcony until late afternoon. Maybe not a problem in the summer when it is hot, but in the early season it was too chilly to use the balcony and instead we sat on the jetty just outside the front door, which was in full sun, but not as convenient especially with young children. The small balcony off the main bedroom did benefit from the sun but was only really big enough for one. If you visit out of season it is worth a visit to the bird reserve behind the beach which is open at the weekend.

My family and I spent a week at the Moll apartment at the end of October. We arrived in the small hours of the morning but were afforded a warm welcome by the owners, who showed us around and settled us in. In the morning we found the kitchen stocked with bread, milk, coffee, tea and biscuits for breakfast. The apartment was even better than it looked in the photographs: right on the seafront, with uninterrupted views of the bay. The balcony was the place to be at all times of day or night and we spent most of our time at the apartment there. The apartment was easily the best equipped we have ever used. with everything we could possibly want from soaps and shampoos in the bathroom, to beach towels and flippers in the cupboards. All the decor and furniture was modern airy and comfortable, and we wanted for nothing. I can't recommend this apartment highly enough. If you are looking for comfort and luxury in perfect location you won't find better than this.
