Loved our visit. The property has amazing views of the lake and is close to many vineyards. We were there for Thanksgiving but Im sure it would be even more amazing in the summer.

Your home was everything we expected and more! The view of the water was incredible. The decor and special touches make you feel as if you’re at a friends home. Located in a quiet, private neighborhood. Nancy provides everything you need for a wonderful, relaxing stay.

The house was perfect for our weekend away with friends. Cozy, clean, well-stocked, and easy access to the vinyards made it perfect. Nancy and Troy made us feel very welcome. And we were so happy we could bring our dog!

Pictures don't do the view of the lake from the house, deck or dock justice. It is transforming. We loved sitting on the dock by the water, on the nice Adirondack rocker, and watching the many loons, watching the trout jumping and listening to the waves lap against the dock. It was so peaceful and serene. The home is very well-equipped and the host is very organized, which I really appreciate as an organized person myself! The window in the bedroom frames the birdfeeder, which we loved! We saw many different types of birds and it was so nice that birdseed and peanuts were provided. If you have dogs, there is a very cute room dedicated to caring for them. Overall, we would stay here again in a heartbeat. It was so relaxing. This is a wonderful property with spectacular views.

Home is in a very picturesque location on Lake Seneca. Nancy is a very responsive host and has provided many conveniences to make your stay comfortable. The views from the back deck were beautiful. It was a very serene setting.

House had an amazing view. All the little things meant allot when we arrived. From the card that was left to the wine and snacks all made us feel welcome. Definitely somewhere I would recommend to anyone

As return guests, we knew we were in for a great stay. As expected, everything was very clean and comfortable. The shower was newly remodeled. We had better weather this year, so were able to spend more time outside. Greatly enjoyed a fire alongside the lake at night with the stars overhead. Location of the cottage can’t be beat. Close proximity to wineries, breweries, and restaurants, and the view from the deck is amazing. Nancy is always an accommodating host, making sure there was no trouble with check in and that we were comfortable in the cottage. We will not hesitate to return!

Beautiful property. Well stocked with extras for appliances and spices. Nice deck area. Location to state parks and wineries was perfect for our group.

The house was perfect for our family of 4 and 2 dogs. The neighborhood was quiet. We spent hours on the dock and in the lake fishing, paddle boarding, kayaking or just floating. The house was very clean and so dog-friendly (specific dog towels, blankets and treats!) The kitchen was well equipped and literally there was not another thing we could think of needing. Nancy was very responsive and provided all the info we needed. The only thing to note is the property has a sea wall (not a beach) and no real gradual way to enter the water (specifically the dogs who would not go down the grated steps to the water). Fortunately, there is a great little small boat ramp/beach down the road that we used and spent a lot of time walking on the Keuka outlet trail with creek access. One of our dogs finally found her love of swimming and was living her best lake life! Overall, we loved this vacation and would definitely stay again.

We have 3 kids 4 and under and this property was perfect for them. The swimming area wasn’t too deep and the house wasn’t filled with breakable items. The kids had a blast!

We felt as though we were staying in someone's lovely home; not a rental. It was equipped with everything we needed and then some. Everything was immaculate with special touches throughout. We especially enjoyed sitting on the deck either chatting or reading---or simply staring at the lovely view. We especially felt at home to be able to watch and feed the hummingbirds, birds, and bunnies; (and so did our dogs.) Thank you for a lovely vacation.

Nancy was wonderful host and very communicative. Everything was perfect - place was well stocked, neighbors very friendly, place is immaculate. We loved being so close to the water and so close to the wineries. Also, perfectly suited for you to bring your dog. we definitely will be back!

This was such a great place to stay. Nancy was a top notch VRBO host. She thought of everything you would need to make your stay comfortable and to feel like a home away from home. Our two Granddogs loved the deck!! Can’t wait to return.

This was our second stay and it was excellent! Beautiful sunrise over the lake and close to several wineries. Clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. I hope we can come back again!

Everything about this stay was perfect. The house is spacious, flawlessly clean, and equipped with everything one could hope for in the kitchen, bathroom, outdoors, and entertainment. Located right on Seneca Lake, it's close to major attractions (wineries, Watkins Glen) and within an easy drive to the adorable town of Geneva. We hope to return soon!

The property and the views are incredible. Everything was very clean, Nancy communicated from the start, amazing views, location is perfect and peaceful and the pictures do not do it justice. We will definitely be back.

Despite being late in the season as the weather turned chilly, we spent many hours just sitting on the back deck soaking in the sun. Lake Seneca is large, if you close your eyes you would think you were at the ocean as the waves lap against the dock. Being able to bring our dog was a huge plus, both for enjoying the gated deck and taking many hikes on the area trails. The walking trail starting in nearby Penn Yan was the prettiest of the dog friendly hikes we took. One word of warning for those who prefer to stay connected - the satellite internet does not handle smart TV streaming, laptop/handheld videos/gaming, or photo uploads/downloads well, especially in the evening. The cell connection is however perfect, so plan to use a cell based hotspot if you want to do anything graphic intensive. Or plan to disconnect!

This property is right on Seneca Lake with direct access to the water. It's an attractive house and very well equipped. We enjoyed our stay. There was a problem with the heat and the gas fireplace -- Nancy acted immediately and got the heat restored the next day. I would certainly recommend this house for a Finger Lake vacation.

We really enjoyed our weeklong stay at the lake house. It was SUPER clean, well-stocked and the views were amazing! The bedding was comfortable, and the linen closet was fully stocked. The dogs loved the outside deck. Nancy provided everything you could think of for a very comfortable, relaxing stay. The wine and treats for us and the dogs were also a welcoming touch! The garage was nice for our cargo carrier. Neighbors were super friendly too! We can't wait to go back! (Note: The rental is exactly as it is pictured VRBO.)
