The wifi at my room was not good. Most of the international TV channels did not work. The staff did not speak English properly.

The location was a plus for me since my sister lives nearby. Even though it’s on a busy corner their amazing windows canceled any traffic sounds. super happy about that. the shower was powerful, the bed comfy, bedroom and bathroom super clean- I am a clean freak. The breakfast has options for every taste. All in all a great place to stay and not super expensive. I didn’t use any of the facilities, but the pool is definitely on the smaller side, the gym was a good gym for a hotel, and I took a look at the sauna, and it had a good size. maybe because of the COVID those three options were not open/ high lighted/ available.

I got there after 2pm with my mom which is on her 70’s and there was no guys to help with our luggages. A female came and helped as much as she could, but she should not have had to help as they were heavy. No one could help us with the heavy and I’ll fitting cart to the elevator and to the bedroom. That kind of sucks as a first impression. But at the checkout a super nice guy helped us, buy bringing down the luggage’s. I checked out on the 01/21st at around 9:30 am. I didn’t get his name but I would love for him to know that he was super kind and wonderful.

very well located. very elegant hotel for a very reasonable price

The bed was confortable and large. The room is modern and the bathroom has a great shower. The breakfast buffet in the hotel's restaurant had a good variety of items. The hotel is nicely decorated.

During check-in the reception wanted to automatically charge an overal 10% service cost, which on Booking stated to be optional on services.
