Great location, cabin was clean and well equipped. Parking was included. The reception team was friendly and helpful.

We arrived at 11.30am but the room wasn't ready which wasn't a problem we didn't have far to travel from home but called in anyway, we were told it could be 3pm when cabin was available (original paper work said 2pm) which was the case, settling in for the night we just caught Adrian (Reception)about to leave for the night (5pm) TV had captions on it - very distracting he couldn't fix the problem & called the Night Manager who came after we had tea & by then we found that the Air Con wasn't heating OR WORKING AT ALL he stayed but couldn't get the TV to work but went to get a new TV Remote which fixed the problem but couldn't fix the Air Con even after a number of phone calls etc. this is now around 9pm. So we spent the rest of the night in the cold with no heating - Great for our first restful night . Wasn't till next morning the Site Mgr advised the AC would be fixed, when we came back in the late afternoon she informed us the AC couldn't be fixed until Friday (Electrician out of the area) we asked for a heated but we were told it was against Regulations she offered us another unit but it was too late we were leaving the next morning so she offered extra blankets. Not good enough when we are in our 70's & I'm just getting over the flu with a persistent cough which I've had for 6weeks & this was a short break after being stuck at home & now I've got it back again GREAT

Location was not waterfront as advertised. Location was adjacent to checkin parking Bay and entry boom gate do very noisey

The location, the cabin, the easy access to our accommodation, basically we loved everything

Great location centrally located near the river and town.

The cutlery and crockery were not cleaned properly. The cabin was directly in front of the boom gate and checkin parking. The constant smell of car exhaust became overwhelming.

It has a great location on the banks of the Brunswick River and easy walking to the surf beach.

Water views from cabin. Easy walk to town and great restaurants.

The park is well located. The accommodation was clean and had everything we needed.

Loved the location near the river. Great for fishing. THe cabin was well provisioned and set up. Comfortable beds. Very cosy. The facilites overall were good. Love the BBQ on the verandah. The reminder texts were helpful. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Light bulb was not working in the toilet and had to be replaced. The shower taps needed new washers kept dripping. The price seemed a bit high per night for a cabin.

It was in the perfect location, not noisy and didn’t seem packed despite lots of people around. Great cabin, well stocked and so very very clean

Great location and well managed park with friendly staff.

Traffic noise from the highway and the park lights need less bright globes, lesser wattage globes would also reduce your power bill.

No user indtructions for dishwasher, microwave,couldnt reset clock or for the tv, should be in all units, no tv or wifi for last day and half due to storm, with the price you pay should have back up

Our cabin looked out to the river, was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for a wonderful stay!

Only problem was finding a couple of cockroaches in our bag of clothes in the cupboard.

The location was great and the balcony was spacious and private which allowed us to hang out and enjoy the view. It felt like we had the whole place to ourselves at times.

The only things we could think of was that the shower head dripped unless you turned the taps really hard and the beds weren't the most comfy, but neither of those things would deter us from returning to stay again :)
