The swimming pool was great! Especially because the beach in the area is not very exciting and small. Me and my husband are very tall and the room was pretty small. Not suitable for a 14 day stay, but a week or so it is ok. There are enough facilities close by. A shopping in Balaruc les Bains 5 minute drive from the hotel. Other facilities are reachable on foot: beach, restaurants with a great view, cute little shops in Balaruc les Bains. It's really small, not a lot of tourists, the public in this area is families and retired individuals. The kitchenette and refrigerator is a bonus, but very small. It was between good and very good for the price.

The room is not very large. The bathroom/toilet/shower area is small. For regular service such as cleaning and changing sheets they charge extra which I think is ridiculous! We also had to pay extra for wifi etc.

The staff is very nice. Parking is near. The kitchenette is well equipted and practical. The bathroom is clean and spatious. The bed was comfortable.

The dishes were not clean. There should be some kind of dish detergent available in the kitchenette. The floor was not exeptionally clean (nothing terrible).

The property is well located in relation to Sète, just five minutes by car. Nice large swimming pool and a very clean and well equipped room.

Thé room was very well presented, but real attention was needed when taking a shower that you didn’t get water everywhere as the shower was an open shower type.
