The area is quite at night, the bathroom has good pressure and the AC works well. The restaurant is good, well set up the evening meals are nice. The beer is always cold and it is well priced.

The breakfast menu needs to be updated as it never changes, need to add more variety to the menu. The balcony area was not cleaned, went and had a look and lot of dust and dirt, this should be cleaned on a regular basis. If a family is staying in the room maybe they should consider supply more drinking water. The set menu for lunch needs to be updated say monthly as it never changes.

It's like home. You have wonderful helpful staff with perfect service. Very high quality of furniture. We would definitely go back.

Reception services excellent. Housekeeping efficient and silent.

The restaurant food was not good. Did not.know what courses to serve first. All came at once or I got my main course and then I waited 15minz for my husband's to come. Also when we ordered another cup of tea for breakfast I hot charged. You were given a menu for breakfast and had to order. No idea hiw to serve. Had to ask for hot tea, sent it back twice.

Great location in district 2. Great restaurants, coffee shops and bars within walking distance. Quiet rooms. Comfortable bed. Restaurant mice. Staff helpful...laundrette across road from hotel.

Swimming pool and gym a disappointment and did not really feel like part of hotel.

Breakfast is not free, max. one small dish e.g. Pho soup and two drinks, no refill. Laundry service did not work and unwashed clothes returned too late. Cockroaches in the room.

The swimming pool area is so dusty, no space for walking. We have to check out and look for another place after 3 hours
