We loved the garden and pool, and also the apartment itself. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Good being close to supermarket and metro.
We liked everything, thank you for an excellent holiday, Porto is a wonderful city to visit! Only small observation is that the main living room got very warm during the night for the person sleeping there even with air conditioning on.

The receptionist Joanna was so helpful and truly made our stay in Porto very special. Her local knowledge was fantastic and pointed us to a bunch of great spots around the city. The apartment, the staff and the location couldn't be better! Sunsets from our balcony were also a big plus!
The bed was a small double, it was springy and not very comfortable/cosy. The sofa was also falling apart to the point where we couldn't lean against the sofa ends.

había bastante espacio en las habitaciones y estaba bien equipada con platos , no pase frio. Estaba cerca de un metro lo que me facilitaba la movilidad.
por decir algo negativo, el baño no tiene la pendiente necesaria y el agua en cierto momento tendió a salirse al piso del departamento, tuve que usar toallas adicionales para evitarlo

Een fijn, ruim appartement. Het bevind zich op loopafstand van het centrum van Porto.
Een paar aandachtspunten.
- de duplex appartementen aan de voorzijde van het pand zijn erg gehorig door de straat waar ze hard doorheen rijden. Het is dan ook beter om een appartement aan de achterzijde van het pand te boeken.
- aan de voorzijde van het appartement ligt een losse putdeksel, dit maakt veel lawaai als er mensen overheen lopen.
-de ventilatie in het appartement was slecht. De achterste slaapkamer had geen ramen waardoor er geen frisse lucht was.
-de waterdruk van de douches was zwak als beide douches in gebruik waren.
-de wc op de eerste etage liep door, er is wel naar gekeken maar ook daarna loopt het water door wat veel herrie maakt s’nachts.
-er was geen wc-rolhouder.
- er zijn niet genoeg kleerhangers voor 3 personen.

Great location, surprisingly nice garden and pool in the centre of town. Large room.
The old wooden slabs had no noise reduction in between floors. For some reason, the family above us felt like walking 10-12 miles each morning in their appartment.

The bathroom door needs a bit of oil, it’s a bit stuck.

The apartment was a reasonable size and a good location. It was nice to have the use of the garden to relax in after a hard day of sightseeing. The receptionists were extremely helpful and recommended some good places to eat and places to visit.
The furnishings and equipment were very basic. There were no drawers in the bedroom to store clothes, only a coat rack.

Very beautifull apartment, and close to center of Porto.
Too much noise from the street, might have been different if We had an appartment to the garden

The apartment 0.2 should not be rented! It Is a two floor flat and the lower floor is very wet and It smells like mold. When we entered the flat, the musty smell was very strong. The sheets were cold and damp.
Moreover It was very difficultà to have a shower as there was very little water.

The property is well located in a quiet street 10 mins walk from the centre.
Having a small pool and a garden was great to relax after a day sightseeing and the staff were friendly
The actual apartment was spacious but the space was not well used… small queen bed for us and a very uncomfortable sofa bed for the kids. Lots of unused space, we stayed in far smaller places but with much better use of space.
The bathroom is very small and the shower was not properly fitted so every time we took a shower water would run all the way to the living room. We had to cover all floors with towels to avoid damages and slippages. We told the staff and the first day they did nothing about it apart from giving us extra towels. The second time they tried to fix it and it was a bit better but still leaking.
All in all I would not return to this property.

Juliana was so helpful and arranged a car to pick us up from the airport. We left our bags with reception the next day and she had lots of recommendations. The whole experience was great would definitely recommend.

Location and the pool.
Nice location and nice apartment but with the “sofabed” it is only suitable for a couple or with small children. Both I and my teen daughters slept in it and woke up back broken and with little sleep

A small but nice swimming pool and green spacious garden in the middle op Porto is all you need when temperatures rise in Porto. Rooms are spacious stylish with modern and classic blend. Helpful and english speaking reception.
When you book it is not clear what room you get as the photos on Booking are of various rooms. We got a 2 floor room at the front with bedroom in the basement. Nice room but just street view. Cool in the summer though (no airco)

This place is really amazing. Location is perfect and super central. The place is beautifully decorated and the swimming in the back garden is just lovely.

The apartment has been decorated and furnished excellently, really impressed, the garden and pool area was well maintained and relaxing to sit in
The building work noise, and noice from bin men, if stayed again would ask for a back room overlooking the garden

The one bedroomed apartment provided very clean, spacious and quiet accommodation with a lovely private garden and small pool. Ideal for relaxing in after a busy day sightseeing in beautiful Porto. Location is perfect for metro links. The ladies on reception were extremely helpful and really wanted to ensure our trip was a success by offering very good recommendations and useful tips. Joanne was particularly attentive, very welcoming and considerate. We found this to be the perfect stay for us and are already planning our return visit
Seal on shower door wasn't secure and allowed water to easily flood the bathroom floor
