Menage non fait convenablement.

In the second sleeping room one of the beds was extremely noisy.

We come here for an annual exhibition and this is a perfect location close to the Palais. Key pick up is very easy, though might be a problem very late as I think access to key boxes by Ma Nolans is locked after a certain time. I had a problem with a door jamming shut, but agents sent a man round with a screwdriver to help me. Lift also broke at one point but was fixed quickly.
Bigger towels maybe - bath towels are quite small

The condition of the apartment - broken chairs, dirty (very used) sofa, no curtains, broken marquee in the bedroom.

Amazing location and very spacious apartment
The apartment was dirty and their service was below 0. Being a One Week vacation with kids, we asked for more towels and a crib several times, but we got no answers in return. Also the Elevator is so tiny that we were unable to fit our baby stroller.

it was not done a good cleaning by the cleaning team.
it was superficial cleaning, the fridge was not washed, the floor not washed, table, furniture and kitchen plates not well cleaned.
and the stress with the check out at 10.00 (normally is at 11.00 when the checking in is at 16.00...)

Apartment is in a great location. Easy to pick up keys (though does need to be when Ma Nolan's is open). Has everything you need.

Apartment is ok.
Please take care with the staff at the apartment. We were outside the ap.for 1 day to visit Canes and left the other pair of keys in the apartment. The seccond day when we were about to leave we noticed these keys were missing. When contacting the staff they told me to leave 50 eur cash in the apartment to cover for the keys lost and that they will give me a receipt. I left the money as instructed and never received the receipt. More, now they are asking for another 20 eur for the same thing through booking.

Excellent location in the center of Cannes and easy to explore different neighbourhood and close to the beach and plenty of restaurants and supermarket. Very clean apartment and very attentive host
