No Ac but was not a problem at all as it is cold enough in this area, fresh & cold air despite being at middle of summer.

The apartment is very spacious and clean! The kitchen was really well equipped with all kind of kitchenware you could possibly need for cooking. The two balconies offer an amazing view on the surrounding mountains. The house is in a quiet location. A bakery and a supermarket are within a few minutes walking distance.

The host is the friendliest one we've ever met. Peter's tips were graet. The appartment is of the highest standard. The kitchen is fully equiped.

Extraordinairy clean and well equipped (especially the kitchen) appartment with a lovely bathroom with washing machine and dryer and with 3 balconies and a super nice meadow and mountain view and Kaprun’s distance view. Hans Peter is a very friendly host and he absolutely made sure that our stay would be as comfortable as possible. We shared the front door with Hans Peter who occupies the ground floor of his house. The first floor was completely ours and we could park our car right next to the house. The appartment is also remarkebly silent. The train passes at 300m From The house but we never found this disturbing, on the contrary, it contributed to our holiday feeling. Mpreis Supermarket and Piesendorf train station at 10min walking distance. We would certainly book this appartment for a next time.
