The location next to the supermarket is very convenient. The pool was good to have for hot days. It is very private among a busy street and is walking distance to a few restaurants but you'll be walking along the roadside. We didn't have a car and felt that it was doable for the duration of our stay. It takes about 10 min to walk to Playa Portero and about 20-25 min to Playa Flamingo. Banks were close by to access money machines (ATMs) but some days are better than others as machines can run out of money. The cleaning lady was helpful with getting us additional items for the bathroom and kitchen.

The floors got easily dirty and were not good for walking barefoot on. There were ants that came out at night but not too many and we managed living with them. No ice from the refrigerator door but ice trays are provided.

The house and garden was beautiful! We were alone almost the whole time. The supermarket is right next to it and makes cooking for yourself really easy.

There were lots of ants in the bathroom and they flew and crawled to the bedroom at night. The Main Street goes past the property so it’s very loud all the time.

It is a Beautiful and very private property, well maintained in the middle of all attractions. Alejandra, the owner is very professional and a kind, sweet and very attentive to her guest needs.!!! Really close to Playa Flamingo and Playa Conchal, next to a supermarket! Walking distance of my new favorite restaurant Surf Box! Easy access to all other beaches close to the area! In case your not driving like I didn’t, public transportation stops right across the street from property. Or in front of! Love, Love, Love this place and hopefully I’ll stay again in this property if available, on my next visit to Guanacaste! Can’t wait to go back! Will definitely recommend Guest House 100%

Location, kindness, pool

There were some small cockroaches at the kitchen. I suggest a fumigation plan across the year.

Only one bathroom. Second bedroom is an open entrance concept - no door.

AC, Wifi, secure gated facility, beautiful pool & sitting area, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, overall cleanliness, proximity to grocery mkt (next door), beach, bank & restaurant, & unusually swift & helpful responses from property to my questions & concerns. Was so helpful for first time & solo visitor to CR.

Maybe the road noise as the rooms are not set too far back from roadway. Can't think of anything else I would change.
