Great property.

This home was perfect for my sisters, cousins friends an I to celebrate my bday weekend ! Beds for everyone, plenty of room in the well stocked kitchen. The decks had wonderful seating areas and views of the lake, trees and a feeling of tranquility.

Our family was looking for a place to getaway to for Thanksgiving and found this lovely Lake Arrowhead rental. My family loved the home. The view was absolutely stunning! The rental was incredibly spacious. and well equipped with every amenity we needed. We had a very happy Thanksgiving.

Positives: 1- Kitchen was well equipped with appliances, pots, pans, dishes , cups, glasses. 2- Nice large deck with plenty of seating and cushions 3- Good lighting all over Negatives: 1-The house is right over the main road. 2-Passing by cars noise. 3-Power lines are in your view of the lake. 4- Hard to get to the actual house with super narrow rough roads, would not recommend renting this house during snow season. 5-Inside the house is dated, there is a lot of wasted space, narrow hallways. 6-Thermostat was locked and required a password, which made no sense except if you are trying to discourage people from using it, it took over 24 hours after multiple attempts to contact them to respond and unlock the thermostat remotely. 7-Towels were scarce especially when you are renting for 10 people. No shampoo or soap in showers. 8- photos looked great but in person, not so good. 9- we were told 2 days before our trip that HOA had decided guests can not have access to the lake and many other things.

The property is much further away from the lake than we thought. The upstairs rooms were too hot. No shampoo in the bathrooms or paper towels and there weren't enough towels. We stayed for 2 nights, so it was ok, but for a longer stay we would not have been very comfortable

The place was a super fun with multiple rooms, floors, and decks. The VIEW of the lake is spectacular. Be sure to understand the best way to arrive to the driveway, some are more exciting than others. Also, easy walk down to the lake. Great for large groups!

Host was super responsive and friendly and the house was spacious and perfectly furnished. Could not access beach club which was a bummer but we enjoyed the beautiful view of the lake and enjoyed some great family time!

We had lots of fun in the giant A frame. Loved all the space to spread out in and enjoy the weekend.

Well kept, a lot of room to socialize. Only negative was the top floor bathroom, as it is an A-line roof, the mirrors are at a slant, so it's impossible to use for doing hair and makeup.

Great place for a bigger group, fantastic views, access to the beach club!

Some upgrades needed, and some things didn’t work properly. The management company was very responsive and helpful.

Came up with family for a long weekend wedding celebration. The house was perfect with AMAZING views of the lake! Perfect views for the fourth of July. Lots of space for everyone!

We had a fabulous time in this cabin with a group of 16. The rooms and beds were cozy and the surrounding area and view of the lake was gorgeous. Our only set back was having a bit of a difficult time finding the upper entrance to the house. It started to snow when we arrived and we could not safely make it up the roads to the top of the house and had to carry all our luggage up icy, steep stairs. Once the snow melted a bit, we could go up the road to the main upper level and the remainder of the trip was fantastic. The home is generously stocked with all the essentials and kitchen gadgets to make tasty meals at home and close to shopping and sight seeing. We would definitely return!

The place was nice and had a fantastic view. Overall the stay was good and the property was what we were hoping for. There were small things that could have made it better: - Not enough toilet paper - No tissues - 1 kitchen towel in the main kitchen

The house had plenty of space for all of our guests with room to spare. The deck was our favorite place to hang out all day. The lady that lives on property was super nice and helpful. The house was very well equipped with all the necessities. I would definitely want to come here again. The beach club was perfect for the kids to swim. The village is very close to go get things you might have forgotten.

The house was clean and well prepared when we arrived; even had some nice snacks on the kitchen table. The view from the comfortable chairs on the deck is wonderful and peaceful. We were 10 adults and 6 children and we had plenty of room, Unfortunately the weather was extremely hot and the loft area was almost unusable. Only the main floor has air conditioning (I believe more is being installed). There were a lot of fans which helped. The only problem we encountered was promptly corrected. We would stay there again!

This house was perfect for our Staff Retreat! Plenty of space and beautiful location! The access road was a bit hard to find and the gas grill just did not heat up over 200*! Everyone loved it and had a relaxing and productive weekend.

We brought a group up to Lake Arrowhead for a college Christian retreat this past weekend, and this home was perfect for our group! There were plenty of beds and linens for everyone, with even a separate bunk room with it's own bathroom that was perfect for a private girls' quarters! A bathroom on each floor was more than adequate for our group (four total), and we were able to divide up our group in the home according to guys and girls on different floors. There was a central living area that was perfect for our large group meetings, and another one downstairs that was perfect for splitting up into more private gendered meeting spaces. The kitchen was well-stocked with any pots, pans, cooking utensils, plates, cups, utensils, ANYTHING you would need to cook up a storm! A bonus was this large and empty pantry for storing all of our food and keeping it out of the way. The patio deck had the most breathtaking views, and was beautifully furnished with tasteful patio furniture, perfect for enjoying a peaceful morning cup of coffee on the deck. I wish we would've thought to bring food to grill up, as there was also a BBQ grill on the deck! Above all, we were incredibly blessed and grateful for the flexibility, adaptability, and generosity of the owner, Lily, in accommodating some of our unexpected, last-minute changes to the needs of our group. She made herself personally available via phone, and was accessible throughout with any questions that we had. It was a blessing to work with Lily. Thank you, Lily, for a beautiful weekend in the mountains! We had a wonderfully restful weekend!

We stayed over a weekend with 3 other families. I would give the experience 3.5 stars if I could. First, let me point out the positives. Any questions or issues I had were immediately addressed. The house was nice and had a beautiful view of the lake. There were plenty of towels and blankets, and the kitchen was well-stocked. The biggest issue I had was I wish the description was more clear regarding the rooms. One of the main reasons we booked this house was because of the room with all the bunk beds. We thought it would be perfect for the kids. It was only after I booked and got there that I found out that room is completely separated from the main house. It has its own entrance so we didn’t feel safe leaving the kids there by themselves. You need to exit the main house and take some stairs down to the entrance of that bunk bed room. Also, the main living room is very dark even when all of the lights are on. Some people may like that but we wanted more lighting. Also, all of the bathrooms with the exception of the one in the studio with all of the bunk beds are tiny. It is a nice house with parking right in front but I just wish the listing was more clear with how the rooms are arranged.

Nice house overall. I loved the balcony where I could enjoy the view of the lake. Very beautiful. Would love to stay here again next time.
