la vicinanza alla struttura che dovevo raggiungere per l'evento sportivo che mi interessava e le piscine con parco acquatico

avevo prenotato perchè nella descrizione indicavano la presenza dell'aria condizionata, in quanto ho soggiornato il 29 giugno e c'era un caldo asfissiante, arrivati in camera abbiamo constatato che non funzionava, segnalato il disguido in reception non è stato risolto il problema, dopo successive mie insistenze almeno mi hanno fornito un ventilatore, altrimenti sarebbe stato impossibile dormire.

The beach.

The place is old. Around the pool was dirty, the shower around the pool wasn't working. You cannot sleep at night because of the kids screaming in the hall to 1 am. The breakfast was poor, we only stayed one night, I wouldn't consider more.

Die Zimmer waren nicht sehr sauber. Es war etwas kompliziert das Zimmer zu finden. Mit einem Kleinkind nicht sehr vorteilhaft, da die Betten direkt bei der Zimmertüre waren und man alles gehört hat. Nach der Reinigung zwischendurch wurde das Zimmer nicht zugesperrt...

Lei and Laura were very nice Lei was in the cafeteria for each of our meals and she always had a smile on her face and was so welcoming she was the best part of our visit. Even though she was very busy she kept asking if we needed anything. The pool was nice and it was kept very warm which was wonderful for swimmers. The hotel common areas had a lot of space for gathering and the cafe bar was very accomodating. The group organization arranged a wine tasting and that was wonderful too.

The heat in our room wasn't adjustable and it was difficult to find our room the first night. The bed rail wasn't attached to the bed and it fell and hit my daughter. I let the reception know and they are going to fix it but just something to check before you go to sleep since they are very heavy. Most of the amenities are closed and the hotel is off season but the prices are quite expensive if you're traveling with multiple younger children. The ATM onsite was broken.

The event coordinator was extremely helpful! Above and beyond what I expected.

every thing apart from the water park and beach food was disgusting rooms wasn’t cleaned and we are all covered in bed bug bites staff where very rude especially in the food halls
