Nice property, spectacular view. Apartment was very clean. Bed was a little hard for our liking. Very thin mattress and no spare sheets. Fine if your only there a week or so but wexwere there a month. A fresh change would have been nice. Instead of having to wash and hope the sheets dry on the line in time. Being there in March some nights were cool and the only heat was a fire place insert (wood) and a space heater. A space heater for upstairs and downstairs would be a good idea. Host was excellent, very prompt at replying to any concerns.Kept in touch to make sure all was well.

The view from the balcony and bedroom was fantastic! The location was convenient as a homebase to travel for hiking and historical sites. The host had thoughtful touches throughout the apartment, and the parking was easy.

Clean and comfortable. Sitting on the balcony was so relaxing. Convenient to grocery stores and many delicious restaurants. Good access to highways to explore The Algarve. Our host was friendly and helpful and checking in and out was easy.

Cian's apartment has a fabulous view of the sea coastline and is centrally located to many restaurants and shopping. Great grocery store is located in the same building as apartment as well. Quiet and convenient location. Would recommend to others and would stay at Cian's place again if the opportunity comes along.

Great place to stay with absolutely amazing views! The views were stunning to say the least! The only negative was the parking situation could be a little rough from time to time. It gets busy in the area and all the lots fill up quickly, so you may have to do some searching / driving around, but nothing that can’t be overcame. Overall great place with amazing views, and great communication from the host.

Cian has made this place a truly special experience- the view is heaven & the home is cozy. We’ll be back!

Really enjoyed our stay. Was very convenient to the grocery store and beach. The property has everything you need including a very good BBQ. The breese from the ocean was amazing. No need for airconditioning. Luz is a great little town. Thankyou to Cian. Would highly recomend this little piece of paradise.

This was fanstastic for us (2 adults, 1 child). Loved the view, loved the location, and this place had EVERYTHING, including an honesty bar, beach towels, and beach toys. The drying racks were great for clothing, and the washer was fast (we did need to buy/leave detergent). Used the boogie board, and left two beach umbrealls for the next guests. I worked from there, and the internet was great. Handy parking, easy access in and out of town to go to Sagres, Lagos, Porches, etc. Highly recommend.

This is a great place.in a wonderful little town. The voew can't be beat, and it's a short walk to restaurants, grocery stores, and the beach. The building itself is a bit strange and a little confusing to navigate. And be aware that there is a steep circular staircase in the apartment, but overall, it's a great place to stay!

We rented this place for the view which did not disappoint. It’s fabulous from both the living room and upstairs bedroom. The kitchen is fully stocked and has multiple appliances. One note is that there is a burner out but 3 work just fine. It’s a small fridge so you can’t stock up on much but with 2 super markets within a block it’s not a problem. The major point I would make is that the stairs to the bedrooms is a narrow circular staircase with no banister on one side. This could be be an issue for those with mobility issues. We loved the area, plenty of restaurants and a beautiful beach promenade. There’s also a church just down the street for those who attend. Hiking is great, be sure to bring good boots if you want to do all the trails. We would return to this area and this property when we get the chance.

The view was outstanding so this was the perfect place for us! Home had all the amenities we needed and we enjoyed having wine available after our long travels and replenish later. The market was just outside of this building and a short stroll to the beach and all things Luz!

Loved our stay in Luz. The apartment had everything we needed and our host made our stay very welcoming. The 8th floor apartment with sea facing balcony was the perfect place sit and relax.

Excellent location for beach lovers and balcony lovers! The apartment had everything we needed including beach equipment and toys! I especially loved the convenience of having a grocery store in the same building. The smaller bedroom was hot even with the fan especially since the kids did not want to sleep with the door open, but the bigger room had an excellent breeze! Fantastic place to stay and great host!

The view from this apartment sells it. The check in process was simple and the ability to check in via lock box gave us the flexibility we needed. Apartment was well stocked and had all of the things we needed included beach supplies.

Can't imagine you'd get a better view than from this apartment in Luz. Of you're looking for some r&r this is the place to be. Cian has thought of everything, from sunhats to every piece of kitchen equipment. Can't think of anything that's missing. This is the perfect location and the perfect view! Looking forward to our next trip already!

Exceeded our expectations, deserves high marks

Spectacular view, nice layout, location. The building is not well maintained and the apartment needs some repair as well - shower drain plugged, shower "wand ' needs a washer, light above hobb does not work, etc. Parking is public and at a distance.

The property was in an amazing location and had every amenity you would need! The honesty bar is a great idea too. The views from all the rooms is great, free parking right next door. Really enjoyed our stay, will book again.

Bedrooms were practical and comfortable, kitchen small and had everything we needed. Check-in and communication were great. We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay. The wifi and internet were a tad slow and on/off so for people who have to work, be mindful of that (or maybe it was just during our days..).

The view was fantastic; however, the property needs some updating. Awning didn't work. Bathroom floor and kitchen weren't as clean as other properties that I have stayed in. Excellent shower. It was very close to the beach, SPAR grocery literally downstairs, and nice resteraunts and bars less than 1/2 block away. Full bar in the apartment with honor system; however, I don't drink. But for some this was a very unique and generous provision. Camping and outdoor gear provided. It seemed to be an ideal setup for young outdoorsy travelers.
