Apartamento muito antigo , ar condicionado velho ( de gaveta ) barulhento , tv muito velha ( nem smart era ) , decoração antiga . Ou seja tudo muito antigo.

Posição ótima, café da manhã com muita variedade e staff muito simpático.

Possuem apenas 1 secador de cabelo para todo o hotel, pedi antes de dormir para secar o meu cabelo e o secador estava emprestado, dormi com o cabelo molhado.

O hotel é ótimo em termos de limpeza, atendimento, café da manhã e localização. Cama confortável e tv com diversos canais.

Apenas duas coisas que deixam a desejar: tem dias que o café está frio e os travesseiros são todos muito altos e duros, o que me me dificulta para dormir.

Sim, caféda manhã excelente, assim como a localização.

Very good breakfast! Very comfortable bed. Life Music in Bars with Bufet for 15 Euro. All you can eat and drink (Coca Cola). Mall 12Min. walking. Safe area.

Caution! On both sides of the Hotel are main streets! A club is on the other side. Many drunk people when we arrived! The flight path of all planes is the Sables Hotel!!! All five minutes airplaines fly directly over the Hotel. Poor noise protection. Very old windows. Old and loud fritch. We could not even sleep four hours and left the place. The interior is rather a youth hostel. No English speaking personal at the reception at check-in.

The location is good and breakfast is ok.

The room was old, the shower is really bad. You can't control the temperature at some point it's super cold and out of the blue it turns into super hot. They need to renovate the rooms asap.

Room was small and it had a sliding window with a ledge that lead to the room next to me didn't feel comfortable to me. Room had a little bit of an oder also.

Location is practical for GRU. Neighborhood is nice because of the nearby park.

It to That Reception staff okay, Just as I was leaving I informed the reception that the light on the mirror in the bathroom did not work as well as the hair dryer I told the so that the next guests could enjoy the light and the hair dryer. I recommend that the maintenance personnel check lights plugs etc. Not waite for customers to report.the faults. On the whole hotel was good. I understand the restaurant is rented out to a third party, the restaurant is rubbish they should get rid of that firm and either run in themselves and improve the quality of the food not too difficult to do or get a firm of professional caterers to run the restaurant which is letting down the hotel staff and the hotels good name if they ever had one. Would stay there again in the centre of town, and reasonably comfortable as far as the hotel is concerned but as far as the restaurant is concerned I would not recommend it or ever eat there again again not fair. On the hotel as due to the restaurant I would not stay there again.

Room has everything you need for a short stay. Super comfy bed. Nice hot shower. Very clean and in a quiet spot while still being easy walking distance to some good restaurants. Staff were very nice and helpful.

Generally quite a 'dated' looking hotel and breakfast buffet is pretty basic - mostly sweet bread but that could be a Brazilian thing.
