Quarto um pouco abafado

Localização próxima ao centro de exposição.

Funcionários extremamente mal humorados, com falta de empatia, salão do café da manhã escuro, frutas passadas, moscas em cima dos paes, ovos mexidos nadando na água, localização extremamente assustadora, ruas sujas, recepção do hotel cheirando a urina, hotel so foi satisfatório pois estava bem proximo ao local de trabalho, fora isso não recomendo.

Terrible overall. AC dripping water on bed all night. WiFi didn't work well. Not given room that was expected. Overpriced. Bathroom falling apart. Dirty tiles.

Location, parking and breakfast was very good!

The staff was rude and not trained well! It took ages for them to process the check-in. The room is very simple. Bedlinen and towels heavily used (wear & tear).We noticed that the external aircon from the room above was dripping to our unit creating a very anoyng noise. We could not sleep. We were approached abruptely during breakfast because it was not included on our booking. I asked to be added at the room account to be paid at the checkout. Then when passing by the reception I was asked again to pay for the breakfast. I found it outrageous!
