The front desk wasn’t friendly , the mini fridge never worked , both lights beside the bed was broken and the room wasn’t really clean

Clean. Good location to tourism points. Staff very helpful. Storage unit. Ok buffet break. Lifts which are great for heavy luggage!

Obviously like most hotels, it's hard to meet fellow travellers. Breakfast could be improved as there's a buffet but the scrambled eggs aren't kept warm so it's often cold.

The room very very hot. I realised after I left that there was breakfast included in my room price. No one mentionned breakfast when I checked in and no one mentionned it when I checked out. I appreciate that I could have asked the question but in all other hostels I have been in South America, reception people inform you about breakfast location and hours when you arrived when it’s included in your room price.

The bed and towel is clean. The hotel also located just two blocks from Jr. Pizzaro so its easy to find food or sight-seeing until plaza de armas. The breakfast is simple but nice, they give you egg, cheese, ham, yogurt, fresh bread, fruits, and juice. The wifi is good, the TV also have a lot of channels with live sports channel too including football.

Theres no AC i guess, only fan... mind you, Trujillo is hot. We can hear the noise of people making love in the room next door.

Very central hotel. We stayed there in between busses during the day for which it was perfect.

Our room didn’t really have a window. The one it has was towards the indoor patio which is more or less the hallway.

Great buffet breakfast. The hotel is conveniently located near the town center. Close to plenty of shops, restaurants and tour and travel agencies. Hot water in the shower is a big bonus, something not that common on the area. The 24h reception allowed me to book in out of check-in hours (with prior notice).

No central heating. It's OK to sleep though since they provide proper blankets. WiFi is probably not fast enough for serious work. A smart TV instead of cable TV would be a good addition too.

Good location and clean room. With blanket in the closet which you won't get cold in the night.

Good location, lots for breakfast, let us check in early after arriving by overnight bus.

not the prosperities fault - but there were huge school trips there, which banged on our door at night/ shouted up and down the hallways, despite us going out into the corridor to shout at them. maybe the hotel could enforce a quiet hours rule?

Nothing, we got what we paid for.

We arrived very early at about 5am after a night bus, and the staff were so welcoming and actually let us check-in early to our room, so we were able to sleep which was amazing! We also had to wait the next day for a night bus, and we were able to relax in the seating area for a little while after check-out.The room was very clean and comfortable, and we had probably the nicest (warm!!!) showers we have had in around 2 months of travelling. Breakfast buffet was included which was brilliant, enough options and good coffee. Good location too, main street through the city is just round the corner.

- the internet gets slow at night - the drain in the shower area, so it gets flooded easily
