This hotel is located close to the national transportation which imply an advantage of you are planning to travel by bus to other places. Room was very clean, staff attentive and the breakfast delicious.

nice staff and a perfect location close to the bus terminal. If you’re in a hurry and don’t mind going basic this is your place.

A little too basic for us. We weren’t expecting too much for this price, but a room without a window, proper ventilation and only one setting for the airconditioning (ice cold) did not give us a good nights sleep. Bathroom definitely needs to be cleaned better.

Mattress is a bit rough. They didn't ask our preferences for breakfast as it included sausages but we are vegetarian.

The location to the bus station was good, we got there at night and got a cab right outside. Staff friendly when we got there and really good breakfast, chef was lovley too. big room and bathroom

Short walk from bus terminal. Air condition room. Good desayuno (breakfast). Nice staff. Basic simple hotel, good for an overnight stay and good value.

Middle of no where, food wise and shops.

A perfect location for us because we wanted to go to the nearby mall on our last day in Colombia. The staff kept our bags as we arrived before check in and they offered us a map of Cali and later they gave us plates and spoons when we asked. The aircon and WiFi worked well. The breakfast was standard Colombian food (arepa, scrambled eggs, coffee and juice) but very well done and the cook was friendly.

Our room didn’t have a window but that was fine as we were only there a night. We were not offered the WiFi code and we tried for ages using the code on the door of our room and when I went and asked the girl at the front desk she laughed and said no and gave us the right one, they should remove it from the doors or update it.

Booked this place because it was the closest available to the bus terminal on booking, which was about a 5-minute walk away (although a tough street to cross, and be careful of the Venezuelan migrant camps by the train track)

The room I got didn't have a window, which worked fine for me since I was literally just there to sleep before continuing on another bus. Felt like it was a little expensive for what it is

breakfast is basic, eggs, chees and white bread.....not my style.....but I dont usually eat breakfast anyway, so big deal. I usually just have some fruit and plain yogurt.......but I drank their coffee with my honey.......Most Colombians are not very health minded......

air conditioner remote control didnt work so only 1 speed, and it was max. Had to turn it off every nite when I got too cold.

The place to have breakfast was also the parking for cars. The shower was just a tube, some areas of the walls had humidity patches, no outside window. Breakfast was only arepa and eggs, coffee, juice, no more options.

Staff was nice

It isn't perfect but better than expected for the price.
