Le pavillon des fleurs est un endroit très charmant, paisible, confortable dans un cadre magnifique. Le personnel est incroyable, je reviendrai avec grand plaisir. Merci pour ce moment de pure bonheur.

Le petit déjeuner. Une vrais faiblesse. Pauvre avec des produits de seconde catégorie les moins cher possibles. Même le fromage et la confiture était industriels!

Je n'ai pas eu le temps de rester étant donné que j'ai du quitter la chambre 1h après mon arrivée : ménage non fait, matelas souillé, douche sale, selles sur la barre d'appui des toilettes, papiers déchirés sur le lit…. fuyez je n'arrive pas à me faire rembourser!!! et l'équipe n'a cherché aucune solution à mon mécontentement!

Accueil très agréable et souriant. Petit déjeuner très bien avec une vue imprenable sur le lac en plus nous étions seuls dans la salle donc au top. La chambre un peu petite mais très confortable en plus vue sur le lac.

Un lieu enchanteur avec sa chambre avec vue sur le lac, la chambre rétro (dans le charme de la bâtisse) mais avec des équipements modernes, un très agréable séjour.

Le seul petit point à améliorer serait peut être d'avoir une chambre un peu plus préchauffée avant notre arrivée mais ça reste un point de détail pour nous tellement le reste était sympa.

On a omis de nous préciser a l arrivée qu'une fête était organisée dans l'établissement ce soir là. Nous avons été génés tard par le bruit, discussion, forte musique venant du bar. Combien de temps celà allait durer ??? un mariage c est toute la nuit ! . Nous avons refait nos valises, et c'est en partant qu'une personne nous a dit que celà s'arretait a minuit. Nous sommes donc restés et cel a s'est arrêté a l heure dite. Celà aurait évité des désagréments de nous prevenir , on aurait compris, minuit c est acceptable un samedi soir.

Das ist Hotel ist von der Lage und vom Baustil wunderschön. Leider fehlt dem Hotel komplett der einlandende Charakter (was sehr schade ist). Man möchte dort nicht verweilen. Es ist Insgesamt iin die Jahre gekommen und müsste "aufgehübscht" werden.

It’s location is exceptional. The rooms are basic, but very clean and the bed was really comfortable.

We weren’t made to feel very welcome, because we arrived at 20h. I missed a message telling us to arrive by 19h. We had travelled a long way and if would have been great to receive a warm welcome instead of being told off.

It's a beautiful location. The room was clean. The bathroom was nice and airy compared to the small room.

The room was less than 8 square meters. A complete deception to Booking.com description. It was room 110. Later I was told all the rooms with even numbers face the lake. But in fact those on the first floor are covered by trees so there's no view. We paid a high price for a tiny room without a view. I really think the establishment needs to inform guests of this prior to booking. So charge less for these rooms. I was told the apts in the hotel are cheaper because they have no views. But in fact they still have some views. So make sure you clarify this information before booking.

Beach very crowded, Parking only 200 m away and very full until 6-7 pm. Staff barely speaks english.

Great location by the Lake

Bad start at check-in at the reception where they wanted to charge much more for our room than we had booked through Booking.com. But after some diskussion we ended paying the right price. Breakfast very modest and not the price worth (18 €)… the bread was not fresh, no eggs and limited selection of cheese/meat. The worst was the lack of air conditioning in the room and the noise from the partying young people at neighboring building (the boat house) until 3:00 am. (that happened both nights of our stay). We should have known about the lack of a/c (as Booking.com informed about this) but we did not take notice - and one would expect a/c in this area of France. All in all is this hotel not good value for money - even though the location by the lake is great

The location was stunning and rooms were very clean.

The rooms were basic. Our tv didn’t work, no tea and coffee making facilities and no bedside tables with lamps Very noisy at night and over zealous policeman on bike appeared every time we tried load or unload elderly relative and told us to move on immediately!!

Very friendly and courteous staff. Excellent location. Clean rooms.

Wifi was not available in the room. Breakfast spread was limited. Restaurant facility was not available when we went there.

The staff were wonderful! Very accommodating and nice.

The location is outside Annecy, in the town nearby, but it is perfect for those, who do not like too crowded places. The lake is right outside the hotel and the french boulangerie, supermarket and other shops are around 10 min walk. We liked our room, it was clean and the view of the lake was perfect. Breakfast was simple but nice and the staff very friendly. You can order dinner at the hotel restaurant, we ate for two evenings and it was nice. We would like to come back here because it is a nice place with amazing lake and mountain surroundings. Recommended!

An air conditioner would be nice, but for those, who like hot weather that should not be a problem. And there was no wifi in the room, therefore needed to use mobile data. Despite these things, we would choose this place again.
