Apartamento maravilloso y muy acogedor, lleno de pequeños detalles que lo hacen sentirte como en casa. Nos gustó tanto que nos hubiéramos quedado a vivir en él. Muy tranquilo por las noches. Cerca de todo y con unas vistas bonitas a la estampa más fotografiada de la Pequeña Venecia. Todo muy nuevo, limpio y en buen estado.
Nada negativo, lo único que no nos gustó fue no poder quedarnos más tiempo.

Das Apartment hat eine wunderbare zentrale Lage direkt am Flüsschen Lauch. Vom Balkon aus kann man das Treiben der Touristen und die Gondelboote beobachten. Die Ausstattung ist hervorragend, es fehlt nichts. Nachts ist es ruhig.
Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt.

location location. A picture out of every window on this 1st floor apartment overlooking Petite Venise. Easy walk everywhere in the town centre. we ate at two restaurants within 100m of our apartment. The apartment had every facility and appliance that you could wish for. Our host Marie was fabulous and even booked a taxi for us on departure for our 6:30 am train.

This place was centrally located to enjoy the old town. It was a fantastic location. The place was quaint and charming. Maria was special too!
Parking was more difficult than it should had been! Maria was not familiar with the city rules. She recommended a spot. But of course we got lost so it was not so good. It made us look up the city parking rules and we could had parked right in front which we did the next day. It’s just it is busy there and it could be challenging. We did not have a problem getting parking there.

The room and location surpassed our expecations! Very chic, modern, clean, charming and comfortable. Also great view! And the host gave super helpful tips for on-day events. Can only recommend and would definitely go again!

Perfect location near to the Christmas markets. the boat tour for the little Venice starts 70 metres from the apartment. Maria the host is execeptional. The apartment was clean, well lit and had all the amenities you want.👍👍👍👍👍

Amazing view of the best part of the city! Beautiful finishes inside - felt like I was at a fancy friend’s place not a serviced apartment! Inclusions of welcome drinks was a thoughtful touch!

Wonderful location in the city center, designer refurbishment with every amazing details. The atmosphere of a cozy home. Everything you need for life and even more. Welcome drinks available for free. Very hospitable host.

Cute as heck! Wonderful communication and the perfect location. quiet. comfortable. Love having the W&D in the hallway so it was quiet! Great outdoor space and people watching.

It was fun to stay in the heart of Colmar, so close to the canal, restaurants, and all the action
It was quite hot the few days we were there thus the apt on the top floor was quite hot. We appreciated the fans, but might have opted for a lower apartment had we foreseen the heat.

Location couldn’t be better. Right in the heart of the most beautiful part of the old town( it was the heart of the old town basically).
And the decor of the apartment was perfect; beautifully designed and had everything one could possibly need/want.
The view - wow!! And the balcony - exceeded my wildest expectations!!
Marie was a perfect host, all the detail sent in advance. And lots of helpful info provided in a user friendly format

The host was very accommodating of our last minute request to change our dates. The apartment itself is wonderful, very well furnished and all amenities provided. Very airy and spacious. They had even given us a sparkling wine to have on arrival! The location is really amazing, and it was lovely to walk around the place. Would definitely stay here again the next time I visit Colmar

The apartment was in the heart of the petite Venice. We loved the location! The property was so clean and the amenities were wonderful! Marie even prebooked a taxi for us ahead of time for a special out-of-town dinner we had planned. The stay was a delight!

This hidden gem is a must on anyone's bucket list that includes visiting a charming city that offers great shopping, food, and is just a short ride from an amazing Castle. Make sure you put €7 in your pocket before you head across the street for a relaxing gondola ride.
We should have stayed a few more days.

We own several 5-Star rated AirBnB's ....so I have high expectations when I travel. This property met and exceeded those expectations! The property location, decor, cleanliness, size, amenities....INCREDIBLE!! This is a 10 out of 10 property!! The value is amazing and we highly recommend this property!

We had an excellent stay. Check-in was a breeze. The apartment was well equipped, including very thoughtful welcome alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, plus milk for the coffee, and plenty of games. We loved the views from the windows, the comfortable beds, the art around the apartment, and the location right next to Little Venice.
Be aware that’s it a 12-15 minute walk to and from the Colmar train station. There were no Ubers available whenever we tried to use one and we weren’t able to reach any taxi services either. Walking was fine for us, even with our mix of travel backpacks and rolling luggage. But we did have to take a later train when we left because we didn’t budget enough extra time for the walk.
Another reason to pack light: there is no elevator, so you’ll be carrying your luggage upstairs to your floor.
Despite these details, we’d definitely stay at these apartments again when visiting the Alsace region.
