Зручне розташування, майже центр міста. В номері було все необхідне для проживання. Дуже привітний персонал, який намагався зробити наше перебування комфортнішим.

Відсутність парковки для авто.

Хорошее расположение отеля, тихий район но и в то же время в самом центре города 👍🏻

inside is very nice

I have stayed Asotel several times in the past. This time I choosed to stay at Apart Otel part. I liked the top floor business flat. Also I would like to add my sepcial thanks to Receptionist Victoria. She was so helpful during check in / out and all other times. She is very kind and informative also speaks very good English.

The main building is old and needs some sort of renovation especially the stairs and tiles should be replaced. It is not only for the comfort also need for safety.

The location is in the heart of Kharkiv, with the perfect starting point for sightseeing. The staff was pretty nice too!

To start with, the floors were really dirty - we ruined our socks. Secondly, it was extremely cold - the floors were freezing and there is only a little mobile radiator to slowly heat up the air. And, worst of all, the bed. The mattress was pain in the... it had coils nearly sticking out of it. And the linen had holes in it. Also, some people may not be fans of holes in the walls, but it is passable. And the acoustics are terrible too. You can hear (and be heard by) all the neighbours across the wall.

Location

Old apartment. Old toilet. With black mud on the corners. When get a shower, the bathroom was flooded with water. The wall was broke as well.
