Very close to Old City. Konzum just outside. Very Friendly staff

I checked in and they gave me a card key for my room. They didn't give me a key to the front door or tell me that they were going to lock the door at 10pm. They had a sign on the front door that the front desk was open 24 hours a day. I came back to the hotel at 10:20pm and the front door was locked. I rang the bell and called many many times with no answer. I walked all around the town at night alone and as a female asking strangers for help. I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone.

Super comfortable bed, spacious room (Inc fridge and kettle), and very helpful staff (who packed us breakfast as we had to check out early).

I loved my stay at the hotel. Location is great and the view from my room was lovely. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was really friendly and helpful. There was one lady in particular who helped me a lot with a problem I had with a bus company. I really appreciated that. Breakfast was simple, but it was ok with me. I would certainly go back! I had a great stay!

The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The view of the bridge from our terrasse at the third floor was stunning

perfect location near old town and old bridge of Mostar, nice modern rooms, air-conditioned rooms, delicious breakfast, very friendly staff who gave tips for trips, 24 h reception, free WIFI everywhere, English speaking staff, low price. All in all a perfect stay!

Cheap parking on the street out front, can walk to everything from here. Nice to have two rooms.

The location is the best! Parking lot across the street, grocery nearby and within sight of the bridge and tourist area. Our room had a huge balcony that we enjoyed. All the employees were friendly and helpful

Carpet on floor would need a thorough wet cleaning. The shower is a bit odd since it is under the ~45° roof and not easy to avoid banging the roof by your head. Also the surface there would be better to be covered by tiles instead of white paint what was moldy.

Super friendly and helpful staff at reception (: After arrival by train from Sarajevo in the morning I liked the atmosphere in Mostar so much, that I spontaneously asked to stay two nights instead of one. Although they had a lot of bookings they made it possible to give me a room for both nights so I didn't have to move and it was even possible to get into the room before the actual check-in time.

Studio with balcony was clean and spacious. Found the staff kind and helpful. Close to Mostar bridge and Konzum grocery store on the door step.

Basic breakfast. Wish the kitchenette had some basic kitchenware and microwave.

Lights were not working properly in two rooms, extremely small shower (it was very hard to squeeze in), no bide, no free parking, very poor breakfast.

The staff was very friendly and tried to help me with everything (where to buy different things, how to get to different places like Kravica, even ordered me a taxi, great thanks!) wi-fi connection was also good The breakfast is not bad, but is not impressing too. It's medium. However, what do you expect for that price? Overall, it was a normal experience, but not higher

When I arrived, the room seems have not been cleaned. The towels were quite old and with holes. I haven't seen cleaning the day after I arrived too I understand that I had 2 nights stand, but still it means that a room should be clean
