The apartment was warm, it had all utensils needed. good proximity to lifts and bars.

The apartment was old and in need off renovation. We have stayed in Andorra for 20 years and this apartment was the worst and on the more expensive end. The beds were uncomfortable and there was a loud bar/ nightclub just below open until the wee hours. There was no oven in the property. We were expected to clean the apartment and I felt that over £1200 for the apartment should involve a clean. no internet and photos advertising the property do not reflect it.

No WiFi, considering Andorra is not an EU member, roaming charges are completely insane. If the place had WiFi it would be perfect

There was no WiFi in the property and it was not made explicitly clear in the briefing documents that this was not the case.

The staff were friendly

They were seriously understaffed so it took an hour to register. They kept chatting to people, seemingly oblivious to the fact they had a queue of 10 people at any one time wanting to pick up their keys.

Location of the apartment is FANTASTIC; I stayed with a large group of friends split across 5 different hotels and apartments, and we were in by far the best location. The main Grandvalira ski lifts are barely 1 minute away, and a majority of Pas de la Casa's bars, restaurants and clubs are practically on the doorstep - maximum of 3 minutes walk away. Staff are exceptionally friendly and accommodating.

The only drawback from being in such an excellent location is that it can be noisy, however I'm only a moderate sleeper and the noise wasn't enough to keep me up. Many other reviewers on here have complained about the shower; personally I thought the shower was great but it does run out of hot water fairly quickly. Not a problem unless you like to spend 20 minutes in the shower.
