Nichts zu bemängeln, direkt am Strand, bis zum Zentrum 5 min mit dem Roller.
Sauber, Klima top, Bad mit abgetrennter Dusche und weiche Betten. Mit kleiner Terasse inkl. Hängematte. TV + Kühlschrank
Dusche hat was wenig Druck..

Good location. Nice clean rooms. Good ac. Friendly staff. Decent beds. Usually beds are too hard for me these were a little bit softer than usual.

The bungalow was lovely, ideal location for a quiet stay but close enough to walk to the bars and restaurants. Room has lots of toiletries and somewhere to hang wet clothes.
We did notice that our bungalow was a lot smaller than our friends and we had paid the same. They also had coffee and a kettle and we did not. We had a power cut for a few hours one night but that was due to a storm (most the island went out).

The seating area outside of the bungalow on the front porch was nice. It included a hammock and a couple of wooden chairs.
The property was a bit dated and needed a major freshening up. We stayed in a fan room and I do not recommend anyone do this, pay extra for air conditioning. It served its purpose for a few nights while we attended the full moon party but I would not recommend staying here on a normal trip to Koh Phangan.

Nothing , outdated
It’s not what it looks like on booking.com , it’s run down in the middle of nowhere, the bed is rock solid , we had booked there for 3 nights and left the first night we stayed there , we would have left the first night we arrived but was too late at night to go to a different location , our neighbour’s said the exact same and they were leaving too , I booked a room that had a hammock outside of it and were given a different room all together

Enjoyed our stay. Spacious and tidy room.
Got a triple room instead of the double we booked without any prior notice, but that was fine for us. The shower and boiler were broken but the owner came up straight away to fix it all for us and all done within 15 minutes.
Stayed here for 3 nights around the Full Moon Party. Neighbours were very loud until 7am and sound travels well between rooms.

We loved our bungalow. It had both a fan and AC, as well as kettle and a fridge. The room was spacious and clean. There was enough space for the toiletries around the sink which was convenient. The location was within walkable distance from the Had Rin port and the central part. Overall we enjoyed our stay here.
If you get unlucky with the neighbours who are loud, you won't get much sleep until they go to sleep so it's a matter of luck.

Very clean and comfortable bungalow with AC! We got free toiletries and the room was cleaned regularly. Room also had a mini fridge, a kettle and instant coffee. Bathroom was very clean. We can't recommend this place enough!

Great location close to full moon party beach. Great little cabin with two beds and excellent air conditioning. Would love to be here for longer than 3 nights.

It's nice bungalows with AC, fridge, hot water and water cooker. Everything you need. In walking distance from the beach but you definitely need a scooter or a taxi from the pier.
When we got to the reception, there was nobody there but after just one call, the receptionist came and even let us do an early check-in.

Very nice host, very helpful, location was great, just in the center but quiet and private, close to the parties, restaurants exc. Very clean, towels and bed linen smell amazing!!! There was a nice cat, felt like I had a pet 😊 gave us a good price even though it was high season and everybody charged a lot of money but she was fair even that we didn't book in advance.

location ok - 10 min. walking to the party zone. if you ar not a party person: AVOID HAAD RIN!!!
no credit cards accepted - you have to pay in cash! this is inacceptabel. No change of towels - you have to ask for it. No fresh water provided - you have to ask for it. No possibility to darken the room completely. Bathroom equipment is not even basic - i would have expected this standard in the african jungle, but not in Ko Pha-ngan.

Hammock was a nice addition, pretty spacious for the price. Very close to the fullmoon party, but far enough that we could still sleep uninterrupted. Lots of restaurants, laundry, bike rental, clithing shops and massage nearby, so convenient. Garden is pretty. One if the only places I have been in with conditioner provided! Little shop attached to the check in building. Double lock for extra security. AC was good.
The beach on this side of the beach sucks, but its not a far dostance to walk to the east side.
They only accepted cash, but theres an ATM the next street over!

Location was good for Haad Rin - just far enough away from the centre to be quiet, but easy walking distance. The more expensive rooms were good value for money.
Our group stayed in both the cheaper and more expensive rooms. The budget rooms were only slightly cheaper but a big step down in terms of comfort and facilities.
Personally we would not stay in Haad Rin area again, but that was our choice.

The location was really good for the full moon party - near by the party but still pretty quite. The staff was nice!
The beds are way to hard and uncomfortable. Also it’s a fan room and that was to hot for us - so we left early.

the beds were and absolute TOC. Air conditioning was unbelievable my god. no creepy crawlies. Excellent location for the full moon not on the beach but only 7 minute walk, 5 if you put the gas down.
