The hotel is very beautifully built And made for relaxing while being a short walk to mucuge street and mucuge beach.we also walked to the eco park and pitanga and taipe beaches! While at your stay you get both an amazing breakfast and a late afternoon coffee and cake hour! Lastly as the name states you get to see the sagui monkeys close up and the staff will even give you bananas to feed them by hand! Facilities were very cleanly and with 24/7 security and only 8 rooms we felt very very safe!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Sagui Hotel! Gostamos demais! The hotel has a unique design and private bungalows/rooms, which are also in a beautiful rustic chique style. Bed super large and comfortable as was the bathroom. The garden is lushy and tropical with Sagui monkeys and birds coming by every day. The amazingly large swimming pool is the highlight and central meeting point, where we had many nice conversations with other guests, staff and personnel. We felt really ‘at home’. Congratulations to create such a welcoming atmosphere! The breakfast was amazing, both the presentation as the tapioca options. Afternoon tea too. We could reach everything on foot, short walk to Rua do Mucuge or Flamboyantes (also recommended) and to the beach a bit steeper, since Arraial is located on a hill. Taxi/van available too. A gente (casal brasileiro/holandesa) gostou demais e com certeza vai voltar! Recomendaçaõ total!

Nothing. Maybe the only thing: a central desk/reception to for example leave the key when going out. There was however always somebody around to help.
