Historisches Gebäude, gut renoviert - vielleicht zu treu historisch. Gute Lage.

Nice, spacious suite, beautiful views, comfortable beds. Helpfull, kind staff.
No proper wardrobe, to put the clothes. No shampoo, conditioner, poor quality hand soap.
Not possible to reach the reception, no phone number for the reception (f.ex., we needed an iron)
Would be nice if the staff spoke any English.

Beautiful hotel, with friendly staff.
We arrived eariler than it was planned, and I just sent them a message is it possible to checkin early (around 1pm) and I got the response "your room is rady" :)
The hotel itself, is old but beautiful and charming. Room was really clean and comfortable. Big tv, Hot shower, Ketell (with several tea bags), ...
Also its very well located, you can find many good restaurants in the vicinity.
In short, highly recommended.

As the name says the house is very old - but it was restored with great dedication to detail and everything was very clean. The host were very friendly and eager to make our stay as pleasant as possible. We will stay there again at the next opportunity.
It was quite difficult to stop the car and get the luggage to the room.

Acceptable in quality and quantity breakfast
The sound of the street (Neue Sulze) noise coming through the open windows was a wee bit annoying
But what I really did not like is that i could not stay longer and relax for a little longer

Excellent location for the old town. 30 minutes walk to the university campus or train station for Hamburg.
Beautiful room (#2) with large bathroom and a mezzanine floor sitting room.

Very comfortable and great location and friendly staff.
The staff were rarely there and the parking was incredibly disorganised. In hindsight, I wish I just paid for parking rather than organising it through the hotel. The pillows made it difficult to sleep.

This was our second stay at Anno 1433. Both rooms were beautiful and clean.

Great location, great view, great room and bathroom for a reasonable price
The whole stay was ruined because of how thin the floors are. All we could hear in the morning was people walking above our heads and things banging so we were tired both days. Annoying because it would be a great place otherwise but if you can’t sleep then your whole stay is ruined

The property has a lot of history. comfortable.
The staff was super nice, accommodating and helpful. They are a small staff but are super efficient!
Pillows are too soft and it felt like they were soft balls… not smooth. tough to sleep on
It would be ideal if they had a little more for storage. A small piece of furniture with two shelves was nowhere enough. I had to use the TV base to place half of. our stuff.

The location is perfect with good access to the beautiful town. Parking is just opposite the hotel at discounted rate (let the hotel know in advance). Staff is wonderful and give you all the info you need in advance, we arrived late and had to let ourselves in but everything was perfectly prepared! Breakfast was great woth good selection. Rooms are clean and very nice. Overall a very good experience.
The only little thing was our room was on the top floor and no elevator. Agsin, in a beautifully restored omd building its not easy to put an elevator!😊

The hotel was lovely renovated, very close to the centre but just outside the usual tourist traps. Very kind reception, quiet room and good service. Parking garage opposite the street.
