The window in the room could not be closed properly, felt a bit unsafe The breakfast was very simple

The staff let us use wifi to look for another accommodation which was impossible to find because it was carnaval.

The hotel did not honor my reservation. When I made the reservation they asked me to make a bank deposit of half the amount of the reservation. When I told them I couldn't because I do not have an Ecuadorian bank account I asked if I could use the card I made the reservation with. They said yes and that they would be in touch. They never reached back out or responded to my messages and when we arrived said it was our fault for not making the bank deposit.

locations is convenient. And staffing are nice

it's too old, too expensive for that type of hotel. every piece of furniture is too old and the carpet is way too old and need major shampoo.

Surprisingly good deal for the price. Staff is super nice.

we checked in quite late, the reception was open and we didn’t take long. the facilities are fine, so the location. The breakfast didn’t exceed our expectations but we can’t complain either.

My rooms was very small , it wasn’t clean, the rug smell bad , not enough towels and toiletries

Rooms big enough to navigate in, and when they realized one of the rooms we were given was occupied they gave a free upgrade.

Staff was not giving us undivided attention at check out. Had a mix up on our rooms and had to wait for them to find us room even though we had pre-booked. Fire alarm beeped right outside our door and when we told them how to fix it they didn't (low battery).

just a few kind of food. no good hospitality, unkind explantion something what i asked. I booked from BOOKING.COM but they asked for a different room price.
