Bien ubicado, silencioso y cómodo. Es un agradable lugar si deseas descansar, estar cerca de los lugares turísticos de la ciudad y también para trabajar on line, es silencioso.

The breakfast was good, the internet connection let me work without issues. The bed was really comfortable and was able to sleep.

The garage is three blocks far. It's a 5-minute walking time.

Beautifully cared for old hotel with good beds. Fairly quiet at night. Excellent professional staff.

The breakfast restaurant may be racist, it took them more than 30 minutes to give me a piece of bread and coffee serving all the locals as they came in first. Tell them to discount breakfast and go somewhere else to eat.

The style of the hotel is absolutely gorgeous. They had parking available about 2 blocks away which was perfect. The location was directly down the street from one of the popular parks of Riobamba and we were able to get everywhere we needed to go with ease. The room was clean and comfortable and easily fit our family of four. I would highly recommend!!

Free breakfast was offered with a specified menu at the restaurant next door to the hotel. The hotel staff was very helpful with directions and other information, including helping me find the parking lot (which was two blocks away).

My only real criticism was a leaky toilet, which hopefully was addressed after we checked out. And most of the electrical outlets were loose, meaning plugs slipped out easily (like recharging my phone).

Staff allowed me to check in one hour earlier because the room was empty. They kept my belongings until I returned from a trekking at El Altar. They also prepared my breakfast box one night before to give it to me at around 6 am. Nice people and Nice and Classical Hotel.

The courtyard would make a beautiful area for sitting if some money was spent on renovations. In the heart of the old town.

Everything is old, The furniture, in and out of the rooms, the courtyard, the bathroom fixtures, just everything. It has potential for a good space with a colonial feel but it needs everything, better furniture, new paint, upgraded bedding, and some design touches everywhere. My sense is the management lacks the design experience to make the hotel something a bit more attractive and welcoming.

Fantastic staff, English speaking reception clerks, wonderful cleaning staff, impeccable rooms. Good food in the restaurant but expensive.

Beautiful but an old hotel, could hear pipes and elevators through the walls.

Quiet, well located, clean.

Parking is not in the hotel and has tight schedule. not so far away though, if you plan proper, it shouldn’t be a problem
